Great Coach, we owned it for17 years. JDP retail with options is 47.5- 57.2. Based on the condition 55k is a good reatil. Offer 5k under retail. Has everything and is excellently maintained. We replaced most of the glass, so no fogging clear views, new engine controller, new house batteries, house vaccuum, flatscreen TV's and HDMI throughout, optical and structural in excellent condition. Freightliner did a revision of the chassis and updated the suspension a year ago. New water pump.Cat engine needs first revision at 500000 miles, 10K miles a year that means 41 years from now. Runs smooth and has plenty of torque to climb 6% Grades maintaining 55mph with a toad in tow. Just a pleasure to drive .I am doing most minor maintenance on the RV portion myself und know everything is in great condition working 100%. I have and will sell spare parts and other RV parts with the coach. 7.5 KWh diesel Generator has about 1500 hours, Cummins review and inspection this year. This type of Generator lasts about 30000 hours, so it is barely broken in. spare tire is on board.We travelled for years with this coach and have everything setup that we had parts and other items on board. No need to get stuck somehere and wait for a starter motor or spare tire. This coach is ready to step in and get going.We only sell it, as our lifestyle is changing and we will use an RV just for travel and not part of the year living in it. We recently purchased this motorhome for a trip through Idaho, Montana, and part of Wyoming. The rig did a great job but it just isn't for us. Before purchasing this motorhome we always had a travel trailer and we did end up keeping that unit incase this motorhome didn't fit our needs. We'll just stick with our trailer for now.<br /><br />Great floor plan with large bedroom which was very nice to have while traveling with our daughter. She would just sleep in the loft bed that drops down and sits above the captains chairs. Four person dining room which became the de facto location for our daughter to hang out during those longer road hauls. The 80 gallon fuel tank was a dream for those hauls too! Pulling my travel trailer with my truck would have made stopping every 180 miles a real pain! Nice thing with this motorhome is it also had a couch which was a great hangout spot when sitting up front got boring for my wife. <br /><br />The motorhome has dual A/C units which is a 50amp setup. Works great to cool the entire area down quick when we hit the spots and was 85 outside. Onboard generator does produce enough power to run both A/Cs and leaves extra to spare to charge batteries or whatever needs you have.<br /><br />The biggest feature of this motorhome you won't see on others is the outdoor kitchen! 2012 Fleetwood Storm in great condition with low mileage--has been driven mostly between PDX metro area and central Oregon Coast. We have thoroughly enjoyed this coach but our needs are different now and we downsized to a small towable. Regular maintenance and preventive care (e.g. roof sealing), and brand new step unit installed November 2022. The interior is in good condition with some normal wear and tear from 10 years of camping use. Driver's seat has some scratches on upholstery (see photo) but everything works and it is still in overall great condition for a 12 year-old-coach. Tons of basement/exterior storage. Power jacks/leveler. Has a tow package, and we are also selling the 2013 Jeep Sahara Wrangler tow vehicle that is set up for it. RV and Jeep can be sold as a package for $64,500.
