<p>This is a lightly used beautiful RV located in Medford, Oregon. We did a lot of searching prior to purchasing from a private party who ordered it new from the factory in LaGrande, Oregon. We feel it's a great quality unit and that's the reason we bought it. It has the TITANIUM pkg that has extra options included on it. We are going to be spending a lot more time camp hosting and want more underneath storage, and the wife wants a washer and dryer so have decided to replace with a 5th wheel. It's a beautiful unit with a large living room/dinette slide and a bedroom wardrobe slide. Both have toppers. Rear kitchen with lots of solid surface counter space and storage including pantry. Swivel lounge recliners and sleeper sofa. Dinette makes into a bed also. Front bedroom with full queen bed and large nightstand on both sides large enough for CPAP machine, phone, tissue box, alarm clock and much more. Besides reading lights and under counter lights there are power ports/USB and 120 volt. Bath is dual entry with skylight and large storage cabinet. The unit has a Solar package, frameless dual pane windows, 5200 lb. axles with good ground clearance. This package has a ground control auto leveling system for hassle free set up. Like new outdoors rv 240rksb blackstone. This is a really nice rv! True four seasons. It has a queen front bedroom with wardrobe slide. Bathroom is in-between the bedroom and living room. Living room has Opposing slides that creates a lot of space. The couch is a queen hida-bed with 4.5" memory foam mattress. Very comfy! The dinnett makes into a large sleeping area as well.
