Bought new in August 2023. It has 2 100ah lithium batteries. A new electric tongue jack replaced with newest model in October under warranty that is buttery smooth.. I added some floor LED lights that can change colors under the kitchen cabinets. I added a screen for the back ramp door to stop bugs coming inside. <br><br>I added the build spec list via images so you can see ALL the features. The floor plan is from a dealer site. I noticed the image rendering on the dealer spec sheet is horrible, thanks RV trader for the high resolution upload. I can send it to you if you message me. <br><br>It’s beautiful and only used once. I will be sad to see this go, but we moved and finally have space for an RV to store at my house, unfortunately, this won’t fit through the driveway, which is why I’m selling. I have items in the RV as we have one trip planned upcoming in August - so if after August 15th then it will be used twice. I will remove stuff and it will basically come with everything it would new plus the few things I added but I’ll remove my gear. It does not come with a 50amp cable. You will need to buy one. It didn’t come with one from the dealer I bought it from. <br><br>This is such a well built and fully featured RV. The bathroom is the best I’ve seen ever. The space is giant inside but the quality is above par. The onboard gas tank has never been used. It was winterized by an RV service center. <br><br>If you want a fantastic toy hauler that is thousands less than the same one going for sale on RV Trader now, this is the time to save some cash for a unit that will last a lifetime. <br><br>Measurements: HappiJac all the way up to the floor is 80 inches. With the couch folded against wall under HappiJac you have 85 inches wide. <br><br>From Kitchen sink to opposite side with dinette folded up is 65 inches. <br><br>From the back door to the counter top is 93 inches. <br><br>I have all the manuals and dealer sticker with all the listed features. He didn’t know me from anyone, so we did an RV sales agreement and worked with my credit union to arrange payment. Super clean and well maintained trailer. While it is very kid friendly, we just didn't seem to have the grandkids in it as much as we thought. Mattresses are new; some never slept on. The only area that is not in immaculate shape is the refrigerator front. For some reason the stainless steel has some streaks (from original owner). We have had it for the prior two years and kept all carpets cleaned, bathroom clean and well maintained. We added a Roku TV in the bedroom wall (1-year old), and the other tv above the working fireplace is connected to a firestick. Radio system works both interior and exterior. We have not driven it and have had it in our rented plot by a lake in Ohio. So it doesn't have a lot of miles. The previous owners had it in the same location, too. We were on sewage hook-up so tanks remained clean at all times and flushed consistently. There are not tears or scratches on the leather sofas, and I have maintained them well by conditioning them. There is a LOT of storage in this trailer! Both stove top and over are immensely clean. All electrical works and there is an outdoor stovetop which we have never used because our permanent deck is at the trailer entrance height. <br />Simply put, I have taken pride in keeping the trailer clean and well maintained. Pictures show how well it has been maintained and how cute the inside is. This trailer would be perfect for a family with children because of the bunk house with sleeping room for 6! The grandkids could have friends join you! It is a nice, clean, and well maintained trailer.

This sale is for the CAMPER ONLY.I have a 2015 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel for sale. It is 337FLS model which is the front living room. It shows normal wear and tear as a 2015 should. It has a newer (replaced 2 season ago) 15000 BTU front A/C and a new (replaced last season) 13500 rear A/C. The rear A/C unit has a remote control. (see picture) The bathroom door going into the bedroom has been replaced with a solid core door. The hot water heater has been upgraded to a Girard ON DEMAND and can be used during the winter. It has a in camper digital control. (see pictures) There is a residential refrigerator in the living room. I use it instead of the camper fridge because I pay the electric and it's cheaper than the regular camper fridge. There isn't anything wrong with the camper fridge. The camper has been under the canopy all but about a year since I have owned it and I bought it brand new. The remote to the slide out/lights/auto leveling system/awning was accidently dropped and will not work. I am seasonal and it wasn't an issue so I did not replace it. The slide outs/lights/ self leveling system/awning all works but you have to do it from the controls in the camper. I can buy a new remote but the new owners would have to get it programed. It will need a new battery. I will replace it once I find a serious buyer. The car and chest freezer that you see in the bedroom is not included in this sale.
