Selling my beautiful Cougar Half Ton to make room for our next RV to adventure in. <p>2020 Model (delivered in June2019) for work purposes (I stayed there every other week). This 5th wheel was delivered from the factory to the RV space and has been parked and plugged into city water/sewer/electric since that time. It has been well cared for - power-washed twice a year/flexsealed on roof edges every other year preventatively. I have now changed jobs and no longer need this fifth wheel.</p><p>I am motivated to sell quickly.</p><p>It is wired with a Winegard signal booster and Dish satellite - both never used. There is enough light from kitchen lighting that it is not a problem.</p><p>It has 2 furnaces that have been off since I received it as I did not need them and I was told they would use up my propane if I wasn't there. They will most likely need to be cleaned/serviced simply because of time not used.</p>

<b>Art Meets Function - the Bowlus Road Chief</b><br />This 2018 Bowlus Road Chief Open Road Edition has been meticulously cared for by her OCD owner, and now seeks a new caretaker due to the cost of home-building! <br />The Bowlus Road Chief is the original aluminum travel trailer and stands out not only by its distinctive design, but its remarkable lightness and maneuverability that allows it to be towed by almost any vehicle and parked in standard width spaces. Owning this practically new RV is like owning a part of RVing history. The Bowlus was the first of its kind, originally designed in 1934. Only 80 of them were made in the 1930s before the trailer's designer, Hawley Bowlus, returned to the aircraft industry and one of his former employees, Wally Byam, took what he learned at Bowlus and started Airstream. Almost 80 years later, Bowlus enthusiasts who had restored one of the original 1930s trailers decided to revive the company in 2014 adding modern features like radiant floors, on demand hot water, solar panel and high-end battery. Our trailer is in excellent condition. It's tongue weight is only 270lbs so you can move it by hand. The GVWR fully loaded hitch weight is only 3500lbs so you most likely already own the vehicle to tow it with.
