Purchased new from Carolina Coach in Conover NC. It is winterized and has been in a storage lot at deep Creek Rv in Hubert NC since 11/22. We purchased a new park model which is on an annual spot there. It is in great condition and has been kept up since new. Everything included to set up on spot in campground. It comes with 2 tvs, has pass through storage and an outside fridge and flat top griddle that was never used. There is an electric fireplace which will keep the Rv warm until dead of winter when the furnace will take over. 2 ac units will keep nice and cool.<br />There is a jack knife sofa, dinette that pops down and a king size bed in the master with brand new mattress still in the plastic(we had put our own mattress in). Inside fridge runs on gas when traveling on the road.<br />Included with this Rv will be everything you need to start camping: water hoses, sewer hoses, extension cord for the 50amp hook up for sites where it is needed.<br />update-- we have since de winterized so we could check everything was still good. Had plugged up for a few weeks and all is great.

Smoke-free. Interior has been refinished and modernized to feel more like a home, with new kitchen & bathroom backsplashes and fireplace surround. White walls, ceiling, and cabinets. Teal island cabinets, hutch and bedroom accent wall.<br /><br />Washer/dryer combo so no trips to the laundromat! The bed and bathroom can be accessed with all slides in. Queen bed with pillow top mattress, two ducted air conditioners, propane furnace, propane and electric 12 gallon water heater, two TVs, electric fireplace, DC stereo with Bluetooth, DVD player connected to living room tv and 3 zones of speakers. Speakers in living room, bedroom, and outside.<br /><br />Living room: 2 recliners and a pull out couch. Recliners and couch material has started to come off, see photos. The camper has lots of large windows for good views and natural light. Blinds have been replaced with roller shades. Ceiling fan in living room.<br /><br />Kitchen: 3 burner propane stove, 120v/propane fridge/freezer, microwave, large double sink in island, and hutch. Tons of storage space for food, dishes, pots/pans, etc. Table with leaf and 4 chairs, also reupholstered during the remodel.<br /><br />Bathroom: shower with tall ceiling, toilet not in shower, sink, and lots of storage.<br /><br />Bedroom: ducted air conditioner, queen bed w/storage underneath and end table/storage. Built in dresser at foot of bed with TV above it and large mirrored closet with shelves, clothes hangers, and Splendide WD2100XC vented washer/dryer combo unit. Blackout roller shades and curtains in bedroom.<br /><br />Outdoor kitchenette: mini fridge, sink, two burner stove, and grill (not in great condition, but functional). New 16-ft awning at front door. Rear folding cargo rack and ladder for roof access.<br /><br />Electrical auto-leveling system with 4 legs. Two Trojan 6v deep cycle batteries. Massive pass through storage compartment with 3 doors underneath.<br /><br />All 3 slides have slide toppers. Camper has winter weather package as well; we spent many nights below freezing with no issues. All plumbing is inside insulation and heated by the furnace. Two 30lb propane bottles included.<br /><br />All lights are LEDs so they use very little power. Haul your toys along, or carry up to 3110 lbs of cargo in the back! Nice Unit. Pulls like a dream! Tires (2019) and wheel bearings (2020). Everything works as designed! We have had some great times in this rig, now its time to pass it on to another camper! Slide out does need some work, but usable. Awning material was replaced in 2017. We haven't used the awning in 4-5 years because they are just inconvenient when camping in windy areas, so I don't know what the condition of it is. The motor does work but we haven't extended it. We had one small front cap leak about 2 years ago (2021) that resulted in a saging ceiling panel over the queen bed. The leak was sealed/fixed but the panel was not replaced. Over the memorial day weekend this year, we experienced a heavy downpour and that resulted in a small leak on the slide. It needs new seals and possibly some reinforcement. We decided to offer this one at a good price and put our $ towards another rig instead of fixing this one. We wanted a different set-up for our family anyway. Load leveling hitch included! It came with the rig when I bought it but I've never used it.
