Two outdoor mats come with the motorhome to give you that soft feel as you hang out outside!<br />This motorhome is equipt with 3 large screen tvs inside and one bunk has its own tv screen. There is also one tv outside to enjoy your favorite show or sports event while sitting by the fire! <br />Set up is easy!!! Park, Hit your LCI automotic Leveling system, but the slide out out, Drop your bunk over the driving area, put your outdoor mats out, and you are literally relaxing in less than 20 mins.<br />The Generator only has 82 hours on it and works great! This unit has been winterized and all AC units cool the indoor space with ease! There has been a new bathroom fan installed and the shower has not been used much at all. <br />Most of our camping was done locally! <br />This unit has been well maintained inside and out. Selling our 2015 EverGreen Ever-Lite 318BHS travel camper. Sleeps 9 easily but we have had a lot more in before. Has a queen master, couch that turns into a bed, table bed, then a couch in the back that is the lower bed for one bunk and another on the other side. An outdoor kitchen that includes a sink and small mini fridge. In pretty good condition overall. Couple minor issues inside, outside is in good condition as well as roof. Needs a new CO2 detector, the LED lights on the awning have stopped working. One of the stabilizing jacks push button has stopped working so I have to do it manually with a drill attachment I purchased. Awning needs a good cleaning and has typical awning stains.
