2016 Newmar Ventana LE 3812, <p>Stepping inside the Ventana LE 3812 motor home by Newmar you will find triple slides, and a bath and a half.Both the driver and passenger seat swivel around to provide additional seating. Along one side of the motor home there is a slide with a 58" sofa and a booth dinette. Just around the corner from the dinette there is a half bath. On the opposite side of the motor home you will find a full wall slide with a jack-knife sofa, double kitchen sink, three burner range, refrigerator, pantry, two wardrobe, chest of drawers, and an overhead TV.The master bedroom also has a slide with a king bed and nightstands on either side of the bed.In the master bathroom you will find a 36" shower, wardrobe with bi-fold door, sink, medicine cabinet, wardrobe or washer and dryer, and a toilet.</p>

This motorhome has two (2) FULL bathrooms (2 showers, 2 toilets, 2 bathroom sinks). This floorplan isn't made by Newmar any longer in the LE version, aside from the bigger and more expensive Ventana 4310, which now retails for $600K and is only 2 feet longer. New slide toppers were installed, as was a new patio awning and awning arm. Headlights have been polished. Batteries are about 2 years old and are in great shape. One air conditioner was replaces about 2 years ago. <p>Roof completely resealed to maintain integrity. Furnace serviced. Hydraulics flawless. Bra for front wind shield, as well as being coated. Bed is very comfortable, light use one person. Couch pull out has a topper for it that is really cozy. Recliners are new, never used, heated and massage feature. Black and grey tanks recently cleaned. Generator, quiet with minimal hours on it. Generous storage underneath. Easy driving, plenty of power for hills. 4 new Interstate batteries.</p>

<p>Newmar Ventana 3717 was the ONLY choice for us.  This is our 3rd coach and we learned a few things along the way. In addition to Newmar’s reputation for quality & customer service, our must-haves included:  Cummings 360 engine for mountain travel… under 40 ft for greater park access… king size bed, theater seating, dining booth, and large shower. </p><p>Only the Ventana 3717 ticked all the boxes. So, in November 2021 we bought the ONLY one we could find in the entire country, (sight unseen) and traveled 1400 miles to pick her up. </p><p>I’ll admit, we were disappointed to see the upholstery wear. But, we heard Newmar was warrantying the bad batch of “Pleather” they had gotten. And, even though we were 2nd owner, they did without hesitation.During our initial 5 month summer adventure we called Newmar, sent pictures, and arranged for all new upholstery.They had it installed at absolutely no cost to us in the fall of 2022. That’s the kind of company Newmar is!</p><p>In October 2023, after returning from our second 5-month summer adventure, we drove 3 hours to take her to the TOP rated Newmar dedicated service center in Florida, Independence RV in Winter Garden. We had them do absolutely everything they could think of to make her perfect inside and out.  Then, because the tires on this 2019 coach were dated 2017, we put new tires on. That’s how meticulously this “always garaged” baby has been cared for… and by the way, her extended warranty doesn’t run out until November 2025.</p><p>So, come April 2024 we were ready for a new adventure and got as far as Nashville before we were had to return for personal reasons. </p><p>Sad for us. Good for you… This coach right now is BETTER than NEW.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

TThis 2018 Ventana LE Diesel Pusher 3709 is in excellent condition, looks new. My wife and I purchased this unit in 2021 from National Indoor RV to travel and watch our daughter who was playing college softball. My daughter completed her college softball career in the spring of 2023. We are looking to sell the unit because my wife would rather fly than drive. In addition to the manufacturer upgrades, the unit has been upgraded this year with keyless entry, lithium batteries, Wingard Air 360+ Amplified Omnidirectional VHF/UHF and FM RV Antenna, Winegard GW-1000 Gateway 4G LTE Wi-Fi Router and Morryde Cargo Tray. The unit has extended warranty (72 months/75,000 miles) that was purchased on 11/12/2021 . We also purchased a 2020 Jeep Ranger Sahara Unlimited to flat tow behind the unit. <b>It's a Newmar. Perfect coach for 1st timers. 56K miles on a Cummins (360) diesel means it's just getting broke in and hasn't been sitting under a tree rotting. This coach has been properly used and maintained. The bath and 1/2 is a big plus for occasional visitors. The opposing sofas create a nice conversation area when you have company. Also makes for a perfect spot for the dogs. The TV across from the sofa retracts on the televator so you can enjoy the view of the Mountains or the Lake by day and TV by night. The generator, leveling jacks, air conditioners, hot water heater, washer & dryer, along with all other appliances and components are in good working condition.
