<b><i>2004 Roadtrek Popular 190</i></b><br><br>BACKGROUND: When I relocated to FL I continued to work 10 days monthly at my NJ position. For the year I did this, the Roadtrek was the perfect studio apartment on wheels for the weeks I lived in NJ. However, I had to give up the job and stay in Florida due to medical problems and family commitments. The RoadTrek needs a new home. I, the owner, live in FL, but the Roadtrek is staying with my friend in Highland Mills,NY. My friend has the title and is able to sell it; there will be no paperwork delays. I will answer initial inquiries via phone and email, but my friend in NY will be the one actually showing/selling the Roadtrek.<br>VEHICLE DETAILS: I purchased the van 11/2021 from the original owner with 119,000+ miles. There are only 73 hours on the generator. The van was upgraded with air suspension a few years ago. This year the batteries on engine and interior were replaced as were the brakes and Triplett RV power converter. The electric charging harness from the engine to the interior battery was also replaced this year. I've also installed a trickle charger on the engine battery - leave it plugged in when not in use and it’s always start up, no matter how long it's been. <br>SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY, PLEASE: Before calling, please review prices for similarly aged and outfitted vehicles. Other vans are listed with high asking prices; they are in pristine condition. This Roadtrek has a lower price due to acknowledged issues. There is a rear side window that needs to be replaced and possibly the refrigerator. I never got it to run. There are some cosmetic issues with the body work, and someone pointed out evidence of old water damage (Although I've never experienced any water leaks.) If you're looking for a perfect vehicle, this isn't it. But it does what it was built for; travel and housing. You can save tens of thousands on this slightly less than perfect vehicle which needs a little work.

All the specs are on their website. I was quoted $10,899.00 for a raw empty shell (no windows, no roof fan,...), plus tax and freight. I had an expensive professional carpentry shop expand the dinette bed and open up additional storage and eliminate drawers for more space. They cut out under a seat for a Trelino Evo M compositing toilet a $500.00 toilet that is included with sale with additional bags and parts UNUSED. Certain drawers were removed and saved and they installed bungee fishnet fronts for expanded openings. The dinette table drops and a simple board (stored under bed) slides onto supports to make a 39 x 63 bed plus another 12 length for your legs/feet between cabinets. A true twin bed is 38 wide. I planned to use a simple AMAZON foam roll out twin mattress cut to length which I never purchased. The four screw type jacks and wood 2 x 6s storage base supports seen under the cabinet in my driveway are included in the sale.The rear doors swing out 180 degrees. They lock from the outside with two keys and from the inside.The SpaceKap is designed for 4x4 offroad.
