<p>Well kept travel trailer. We typically camp for five or more weekends every summer for every season we have owned it - the kids finally outgrew it. </p><p><br></p><p>Some great things about this RV: The two axles are spaced further apart, reducing the occurrence of trailer sway. The bunks are great for younger kids up to 14-15 years old. You can get multiple showers out of the fresh water tank in an unimproved campsite. The outdoor kitchen offers twin burner stove, an outdoor fridge, and a grill that mounts on the rear bumper. We have never used the outdoor fridge. There is also a location to mount a TV on the outside with cable hookup. The powered awning has an awesome LED light strip and works as smooth as when we bought it. A similar LED light strip is also on the front of the trailer. The trailer also comes with a powered tongue jack.</p><p><br></p><p>Some things I have added to make the camping journey better. I installed a battery quick off switch to save the battery between trips. We tow it with an Expedition with the heavy duty tow package and a Reese Weight Distributing, sway control hitch (Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control, $1000 value). It is very stable with this setup. The stabilizer jacks have the JT Strongarm stabilizers installed on each corner, significantly reducing the rocking motion when somebody walks to the bathroom in the middle of the night ($475 value). It also comes with x-chocks for the wheels, further reducing the rocking motion when camping ($90 value). This was kept covered during the winters and a recently purchased cover (2023) comes with the trailer ($300 value). This setup towed very comfortably behind a Ford Expedition. Seller is willing to provide the inverter generator with the sell ($400 value) - enough power to run the A/C, but quiet enough to run during generator hours at NYS state campgrounds and still enjoy the serenity. Just lowered the price on Sept. 29th. I bought the coach new in 2020. I downloaded a report from incheckup, that I can show you that the rv has had no flood damage, accidents, salvage, etc. The rv has never been moved during the winter, or seen salt. Non smoker, always kept the blinds closed so that the sun wouldn't fade the interior. I even put a thick peace of white paper on the entry door to further block out light. There is an outside shower. The couches, chairs, and kitchen cabinets are in excellent condition, as I have cleaned the leather and wood every year. The rv have only been on the road 3 times, so extremely low road travel. The rv is priced right due to a few minor things, such as a critter getting in during the winter and chewing up the string of some of the blinds. I really don't have the patience to re-string the blinds so I knocked the price well down blue book value to cover the cost of some blinds needing replacing, not all of them. The blinds are closed but just don't open without the strings. Just the stings on the outside need replacing. The last two pictures are to show you the minor flaw on the outside of the bottom cabinet is. Also the neon blue light on the oven dials(exterior) don't work either. Other than that, the microwave, fridge, shower, kitchen sink, cabinets open and close like new, and bathroom sink work fine. The fifth wheel is a space saver by parking your car underneath the bed area! The exterior wheels were cleaned every year to prevent any rust, and had the battery taken out every year to put on a low trickle charge during the winter. Come and take a tour of the Sprindale! If you need to get some work done then you can utilize the flip-up desk next to the oversized refrigerator and large pantry. The kitchen island makes meal prepping easier, and the beverage cooler helps save space in your refrigerator for perishables. The kitchen skylight brings in natural lighting. Relax each night on either the tri-fold sofa or theater seating across from the entertainment center with a fireplace, or you can play some games at the dinette. As you enter the walk-through bathroom, you will notice an area prepped to add an optional washer and dryer. The front private bedroom has a queen bed slide with nightstands on either side with power to charge your electronics while you recharge. Only one owner. Bought originally to go on camping trips with the kids but now they have grown and have not been using enough to want to continue owning. The RV has a full size bed and separate space, the couch and dining area convert into additional sleeping areas as well as the two bunk beds. There is a 3/4 size refrigerator, stove and oven that runs on propane, as well as a stove outside of RV if prefer to cook outdoors. There is air conditioning as well as a shower and toilet. Everything works well.

Original owner, used but loved trailer, big enough for a large family, huge bunkhouse never felt crowded even on those rainy days when we watched TV and played board games, kept in the ample storage sections. There is general wear and tear due to use but also many upgrades and yearly maintenance done. Roof resealed 2 years ago, all tires and brakes replaced last year, electric hitch installed, a/c replaced and upgraded, replaced outside fridge, installed airflow max ceiling cover for all year ventilation. All mattresse including the bunk house ones upgraded last year. Lots of other little things to make it comfy. Truly a wonderful trailer but it is time for us to downsize.
