Big, beautiful, and only used a couple times. Death in family (not in the RV) forces sale. This 5th wheel is 43' 7" long (plus the cargo rack), yet weighs only 10,550 dry. With a GVWR of 13,655 you have over 3,000 pounds of cargo weight. Even better, the empty pin weight is only 1,655. This unit has been in for some warranty work and general service and it is ready to go! Master bedroom has been modified from "custom king" (difficult to buy sheets for and more expensive) to a true queen. This means you can get bedding anywhere and there is amazing walking room around both sides of the bed. Underbed storage remains intact. Master is prepped for a stacked washer and vented dryer or a vented combo unit with extra closet space. There's also a very nice desk area built-in. I have added extra shelves (all using matching materials to existing shelving) in the Bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. I removed the goofy rolling shower door (mold trap) and replaced it with a simple bar and curtain that looks much nicer, is easy to clean or replace, and is more comfortable to use. In the "outdoor kitchen" (really only storage and fridge) I have added a small freezer as well. The indoor peninsula kitchen is fulling equiped with a 10', 12 volt high efficiency and amazing cooling power refrigerator/freezer (this runs off your 12 volt battery system so your truck keeps in running in motion). You'll also find a microwave, 3-burner stove, oven, and large single tub sink. There's lots of drawer and cabinet space and a very large pantry area. The dining area features a table and 4 chairs. The living room has a 2-person theater seat with recliners, heat, and massage, plus a sleeper sofa and lots of storage. The mid bunk room has another sleeper sofa plus a top bunk as well as storage space. The loft has a fold away ladder for access. This unit has the nicest inside info panels I have seen, making it easy to see all 4 tank levels at the same time without having to push any buttons. You can also see these on your phone and can operate all slides, the awning, water pump and water heater, and lights from the panel or your phone. Lots of pics and hopefully my video works. My RV is completely new. Never been used. I bought it at Camping World and took it to a climate control storage unit the same day. It still have all the plastics from Camping World. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn't able to take it for a ride. I bought all supplies for a trip and are still in bag. Everything is in perfect conditions. This 2021 Jayco Jayfeather is an awesome light weight hybrid unit! Light enough for smaller trucks to easily pull. We pull it with our Jeep Gladiator with no problems. Replaced the leaf springs with heavy duty springs and put on larger tires for off-road use, which raised the ride height by a couple inches. We have been camping in this for three years with our teen boys and ended up growing out of it and needed a little bit bigger trailer. The front and back fold down beds are easy to use, one person can easily handle it. Beds each have 1500 lb capacity. Camper has been very well cared for, only has normal wear from a few years of use. Tows well, easy to park and set up. Great for lake camping or mountain camping. AC and heater work amazingly well. Most smaller campers do not have a dinette and couch but this one does! Also has a good size useable kitchen area and full bathroom with shower. Fridge has small freezer box inside that holds more than it looks like it would. Cabinets above and below for storage and under couch storage that can be accessed from outside as well. We love the size of this camper because we could still load our mountain bikes on the tailgate and not interfere with the camper connection.<br /><br /><br />
