Please see pictures of included accessories. <br />This camper has one of the largest showers I've ever seen in a camper and a very practical bathroom space. Seating at the toilet is not cramped at all. I have owned 5 different campers, some much larger then this one so I have some knowledge when it comes to camper bathrooms. <br />**Attention**<br />We removed the very small and uncomfortable dinette that was in this camper. It was very cramped for adults to sit at. This allowed for a more open floor plan when not using the dining table with posts. We opted to use a yeti cooler as a bench seat which also allows for more interior cold storage and a folding chair on the opposite side. When the table is stored under the bed the open floor plan is so much nicer and allows for space like bike's, scooters, or just extra storage while towing.<br />We also removed the very tiny and impractical sink that was taking up a lot of room for storage in the storage area next to the small refrigerator in the outside compartment. Removing the small impractical sink doubled the storage space in that compartment. This is an excellent camper for a family of 4. Lightweight and easy to tow.

Love that mid-bunk layout, but you do all of your cooking outside? Not to worry with the 370BL that offers tremendous outside entertainment, and a full outdoor kitchen!<br /><br />RV is in fantastic condition, all systems are in good working order. Residential style refrigerator inside and a dorm style refrigerator outside. Slide toppers were added to 3 of the 4 slide outs, we never got to adding the 4th topper. Suspension was upgraded to a wet bolt system and rides fantastic, new Goodyear Endurance tires in 2023. Includes automatic six point leveling system.<br /><br />Interior recently updated in 2023, valances removed and new shear curtains were added. Currently the bunk in the mid-bunk room has been removed, we chose not to use it. Can be reinstalled and will be included in the sale, brand new.<br /><br />Matress in master bedroom was replaced with a new eronomic comfortable mattress.<br /><br />Outdoor underside lighting was added, along with modifcations to the interior TV cabinet, swing out door was added to increase storage. Great functioning fireplace with multi-color display.<br /><br />Small spot of damage on the floor in the kitchen area, this happened when the dealer replaced the refrigerator under warranty when the unit was new.<br /><br />Accessories such as power cords, blackstone, sewer hoses, chairs, water hoses, leveling blocks, TPMS system are all negotiable for an additional fee.<br /><br />We're seeking to purchase a vacation home and will not have use for the fifth-wheel.
