We're the second owners - we bought it from the original owner who bought it in 2003 and then didn't use it for years due to family issues. This trailer was stored in AZ by previous owner for 15 years, so the inside is almost preserved in 2003 and the outside shows some wear/sun damage. My wife and I used it every week last summer and loved it, but our lifestyle situation has changed and we’re unable to use it this summer, which is why we’re choosing to sell it at this time. <br /><br />Bathroom/toilet/shower all work, all kitchen appliances (stove and microwave) and sinks work, all lights work, AC and heat work. Heat and AC and fridge all run on LP gas (propane) so you can get by without being hooked up. A 3500 watt generator is INCLUDED with this trailer and will power everything you need. <br /><br />This trailer is set up for boondocking (we never once hooked up all summer), but hookups will make for an even more luxurious camping experience.
