Monaco Camelot 40PDQ, in very good condition. Runs really well, exterior is very good condition, interior in even better condition. Monaco is known for their hardwood interiors, this coach is no exception, the interior woodwork in all real cherry hardwood with a dark reddish cherry finish and is in excellent condition. Comes with factory microwave/convection oven, Norcold 12cuft refrigerator, high output cooktop. The tires were replaced in March 2022, with only about 1000 miles on them since new. One of the coach batteries was replaced just last month. The pull out drawers have a feature that is unique to this coach, side walls were added by a previous owner, the side walls on the pull out drawers prevent items stored in the pulls out from falling over and jamming the drawer. If you have ever had to deal with trying to sort of why the slide out is jammed you will really appreciate this modification to the pull outs. 2022 Newmar Baystar 3014.<br>We added Steering Stabilizer so it drives easily with no cross winds or white knuckling. Also upgraded the tuning to 5 Star RV tune for better gas mileage. We are selling our beginner trailer and upgrading to a bigger one. This trailer has only been used for the past two summers and is a great lightweight trailer with plenty of sleeping space for a small family or would be a great smaller hunting trailer. We have towed it with ease using a Ford F150 and will include the Eaz Lift 1000 upgraded sway control hitch ($700 value).
