For sale is a 1988 Newell Coach. This Bus is 40 feet long equipped with 550 Horse Power Detroit silver 92 Engine and Allison Automatic transmission. This Coach will cruise 80MPH with a finger on the wheel. This coach has 3 air units. I have all of the owners manuals. Newell are the Cadillac of coaches everything on this coach is over built and built to last. This coach is in very good condition for its age however it does have some scratches and a few dings here and there. The paint on the coach is in good condition, the clear coat is slightly peeling on the rear and front. Everything works except for the power step and the automotive air conditioning on the dash, its never been a bother since I run the roof A/C while traveling. Also, the garbage disposal may need to be replaced. Tires and batteries are 2 years old. Hot water heater has been upgraded to 20 gallons. Has two fuel tanks, main is 200 gallons and auxillery is 100 gallons. Also comes with the snap on exterior window protectors.<br />The interior is immaculate and the labradors are not included.

Hey there<br /><br />******UPDATE 8/29**** I had let a friend borrow the rv to go on trip. Ironically he drives 18-wheelers for work, so I assumed this was a safe bet. He brought the RV back with some damage on the basement compartments which have been quoted around $3500 to fix. I'm reducing it 15k and selling as is. My unfortunate situation is your gain! I am only selling as I would like to downsize<br /><br />Average retail is 125k (see NADA picture) asking 118,500 for a quick sale as I already have a specific unit in mind I'd like to buy.<br /><br />BRAND NEW UPGRADED FLOORING - premium vinyl tile with grout gives the appearance of a real tile floor. Newly replaced wall slide motors and controllers. Brand new queen mattress above cab. Brand new slide awning. Registration was just paid for a year (3/1/2024 - $1950)<br /><br />This has 3 slides and opens up into what feels like a normal sized apartment. It’s insanely cozy and can sleep up to six comfortable (we’ve slept eight no problem) with the drop down bed above the driver/passenger <br />The pictures show the couch modification and the small amount of damage on the rig to be as transparent as possible.<br /><br />Let’s start off with the few things that are wrong with the rig - There is a small dent on the rear basement compartment as well as a scratch on the one side that was “covered up” by previous owners.<br /><br />Now lets talk about the good stuff - The old dinette and jackknife sofa have been replaced with a $5,000 cream cloud sofa that is not only super comfortable - but much more appropriate for the space. I find very few people actually use the dinette, myself included. The sofa has protective covers on each cushion to protect the integrity while still looking cute.<br /><br />Queen bed above driver/passenger holds 500lbs. King electric folding bed in rear and up to 3 additional sleeping spaces on the super comfy couch.<br /><br />Most of the rig can be controlled through your phone. Slides, water pump, holding tank levels, air conditioning and more - all at your fingertips.<br /><br />It’s got 30,750 Miles and runs beautifully. <br />I just installed a $2,000 washer/dryer combo that wasn’t in the unit prior. <br />Tires are in great shape and I installed a tire pressure monitoring <br /><br />Please let me know if you have any questions - call, text or email and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.<br />Best,<br />Tom
