Don't use it enought to justify the payment. Since I bought it in Nov of 2021. I have replaced the flooring, stereo, one of the A/C units (compessor on the motor). Comes with 2 TV's, bed is being replaced. I still am replacing the dinning set, and the main awning. Price is negotiable if you want to replace those yourself. It's 25 years old so there will be things that need work. Don't waist our time with a low ball offer.

This is a great way to vacation or get away for the winter.
