2022 Thor Magnitude RS36. Better than new with all of the standard off the lot nuiances corrected. Great for a family of five. Used for approximately five months while working remotely in Florda. Outside kitchen, power leveling jacks, Onan generator, and two air conditions make the unit very liveable. Easy to drive and park. Single driver side slide for easy setup. This is a very clean RV. It is a Thor Sequence 20J package with Sky Bunk option. The chassis is a 2021 Ram Promaster, but the Thor Motor Coach was done in 02/2022. We are a reputable, small town Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealer. We acquired this RV from a Factory Authorized-Dealer Only Auction as a "Manufacture Buyback Vehicle". <p>This motorhome is in great condition, and it is a pleasure to drive. We towed my F-150 pickup loaded with my Harley Davidson motorcycle on all of our trips, and whether traveling across the flat lands of places like Nebraska and Kansas, or through the mountains of places like Colorado and Wyoming, there was never a problem with the 400 HP Cumins diesel pusher. (The Blue Ox towing hookup will be included with the motor home) We installed a new Dometic 4 door refrigerator last year and a new top of the line LG combination washer/dryer two years ago. We added a ceiling fan in the bedroom that provides air movement that is great for sleeping, even when the AC isn’t on. We have stayed in Texas and Arizona for a couple of months at a time during the last couple of winters, and the incredible storage space this motorhome has provided all the space needed for all the things you want to have with you for such an extended stay. There is an electric cord reel that makes it simple to reel-in the 50 amp power cable. I am including a knockdown fully adjustable height wooden porch I built to use when on an extended stay. It takes just minutes to set up or take down and makes entering and exiting much easier, especially when you are carrying things, or have pets with you. It stores easily in the basement. (see it in the photos) We have truly enjoyed traveling in this motorhome, but with our advanced ages, and after all our years of traveling we’ve decided we no longer want to take those long trips anymore and it's time to sell. We’re sure that whoever buys this will enjoy it as much as we have for many years to come.</p>

<p>Owner is selling because we recently bought a home in Florida with a friend and we have had a condo at the Lake of the Ozarks for 24 years.
