This 2020 Keystone Sprinter 330 KBS is a great trailer for someone looking for a well insulated and spacious trailer for longer time living that has plenty of storage in the interior and a washer/dryer hookup.  There are opposing slide outs in the living room and the view from the theatre seat recliners is focused on the entertainment that is in the curb side slide along with a set of double refrigerators and the stove/oven/vent a hood. The kitchen has great cabinet space, lots of solid surface countertop area, and an island that holds the sink and has two barstools for seating.  Mid ship is a huge bathroom with his and her sinks, a stand up shower, and a porcelain toilet with storage cabinet.  The bedroom has a queen bed that was modified from the king size for a little bit more room around the bed.  <br><br>The owner of the trailer lived and worked in it on the pipeline so ol’faithful here has been all over the country and it has never let him down.  We recently installed a new battery, a new converter, and new 14 ply tires all around.  Modifications also include a 240 V plug for a heater in cold climates (think Colorado, Wyoming, Utah in the winter), a second a/c in the bedroom for the hot summer days., and a tankless gas water heater so you can take all the time you need in the shower to wash that long day off your body.  With all the blinds closed and both a/c units running this trailer is an icebox. In the winter the enclosed and heated underbelly keeps lines from freezing and if skirting is added then the trailer is absolutely warm and toasty even in the gnarliest of winter conditions.  The skirting is located under the bed and will go with the trailer.  That skirting alone is custom made for the camper and cost right at $1600.00.  Longer term living is made possible with a solid foundation in a one piece molded steel chassis, 9100# dry weight, 2400# of payload capacity, an 81 gallon fresh tank, 2 x 102 gallon gray tank, and a 34 gallon black tank for a total water storage capacity of 319 gallons. This 2017 Freedom Elite 30FE is extremely clean and is just approaching 16k miles.<br /><br />It has been priced at $45,000 for a quick sale. A search of this same model, in the same condtion, will produce results ranging from 55K - 65K. <br /><br />This is part of an estate sale and is being priced to move fast. The RV is in great condition, with the usual minor blemishes you would expect from a 6 year old RV. <br /><br />The interior of the RV is immaculately clean as it was used very little. (See pictures and videos).<br /><br />There are three TV's. One in an exterior pocket door for talegating and outdoor viewing. One in the main seating area and one in the convertible bunk beds sleeping nook.<br /><br />Exterior is extremely clean! All chrome is shiny and appears as brand new. Tires are original with 16K miles. They are Hangook brand and rated for 10 years by Manufacturer.<br /><br />The RV is sold as is, and is priced to account for the following items you should know in advance: <br />The generator cranks but does not stay cranked, mainly due to lack of regular use. It needs to be serviced, and the generator might need a new Carburetor, which could be as much as a $600 repair. Also, the ladder on the back of the RV that provides access to the roof, is missing the very top rail, but is still usuable and barely noticable. Those are the only two things that might need to be addressed as far as we know.<br /><br />The RV is not being sold by a dealer.
