This 2014 Class C Sunseeker by Forest River has been a lifesaver for us. The Motorhome has 2 new smart TVs, 2 new repro recliners, an outside kitchen with a 3rd TV, and Queen queen-size bed. The outside kitchen also has a Refrig., a sink 2 electrical plugs, and a propane hook up for the grill. The mileage is 38909 and has just had an oil change and is full of fuel. It has a retractable awning and plenty of storage space inside and out. It comes with automatic Leveling jacks, as well as a backup camera. The roof has been cool-sealed over 14 months ago and is stored in an enclosed shed. We are located in Mississippi and you must be able to come and pick it up. I also have a RV History Report that was done 9/10/23.

This is a 2019 Flying Cloud 30FB Bunk. It features a front queen bed, convertible dinette, a corner bed plus bunk, and lots of storage space. <br /><br />This trailer is in excellent condition and was just used a couple of times. Never smoked in. It has been in covered storage with plans to use it but we never seem to find the time. <br /><br />It is equipped with (2) solar panels, an Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution/Sway Control, and a backup camera. The kitchen has a gas cooktop and a Contoure power convection oven. Both LifeLine batteries were recently replaced to ensure proper functionality for the next owner. We bought our rig NEW in 2021 from our local dealer to use as our temporary home while our new home was being built. We hoped to use the RV for travel afterwards but haven't had the time! <br />The RV was delivered and hasn't traveled anywhere since. We've kept it shielded from rain/sun with our carport. <br /><i><b>This rig has 5 slides, 3 AC units, sleeps 6 comfortably, & is 42ft long. <br /></b></i><br /><b>We were sold on this rig after stepping into the 390 floor plan! </b><br /><ul><li>When you enter, to the right is the bathroom & bedroom and to the left is the living room with the kitchen sitting above (LOVED this because you could entertain or watch TV from the kitchen). The kitchen includes a gas stove top/oven, full size refrigerator, double sink, a large pantry, an island & a bar top with two chairs!</li></ul><ul><li>The living room has a flat screen TV- pre set with RoKu, Rockford Fosgate radio, & surround sound! Below the TV is an electric fireplace that puts out tons of heat! It also has two large fold out sleeper couches and one double recliner with heated seats & a massage option.</li></ul><ul><li>It has one separate bedroom fit for a queen/full mattress which has a large closet, flatscreen TV, & stacked Splendide washer and dryer. The bathroom has a double vanity, linen closet, & a large rectangle shaped shower that includes a fold down bench with spa shower sprayers. </li></ul>We hate we missed out on the traveling part because on the outside of the RV there is a shower set up, additional speakers from the Rockford Fosgate radio, & a powered awning with lights! It also has a "boondocking option" to hold water while traveling and space for a generator. We added the Clearsource Ultra RV Water Filter System with three filters to beef up the filtering!<br />This RV aslo includes a whole under belly of space for whatever! We fell in love with all of the space- the pantry, deep kitchen cabinets, linen cabinet, space under the bed.
