2017 Newmar London Aire 4519. This is a well-kept coach powered by a 600 Cummins ISX on a Freightliner Chassis with a steerable tag axel. This coach is a dream to drive. It has the power to pull any hill and the comfort drive system takes the fight out any cross wind. It has upgraded flooring from a King Aire that is heated. The furniture has all been recovered. It has a towing capacity of 20K and is wired with a 30 amp plug at the hitch to power a trailer. It has the Hatteras Paint and interior. A king size bed with a sofa sleeper and a jack knife sofa. It is a bath and a half model with the full bath housing the stackable washer dryer and a shower bigger than mine at home. The Oasis hydronic system has just had a complete full service. The drive tires are two years old as are all the AGM batteries. It has 105 gal fresh, 80 grey, and 60 black. The 12.5k Onan generator has 588 hours on it. This is an all-electric coach with a removable true convection cook top. It has power window awnings and full Girard awnings. I just had the HWH system serviced last fall at the factory to include upgrading pump and all boards. This coach is by far the best one we have owned. We are only selling it because we are buying a boat to do Americas Great Loop and don’t want it to sit for the next two years. I will consider all reasonable offers! <br><br>Also available 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Hard Rock with 70K miles, 2.5" lift and 35" tires. <p>In retirement I wanted a classic Newmar for the well-built construction. In 2017 I purchased RV in AZ and in MN I stored coach inside for winter. With health changes I havent used, only maintained, RV in 4 years so its time.This 96 Newmar Mountain Aire with an over-powered Ford 460 V8 & the important Banks powerhouse and new transmission, less than 31,000 miles makes this coach travel ready. The Granning Air-Glide suspension W new air bags make for a smooth ride. All 8-tires have less than 3,000 miles, same with water pump, fuel pump, water lines, F&R brakes & Interstate batteries. All repairs & updates are verifiable. The front end, hydraulic lift, generator & engine all serviced before storing. RV is 100% solid and ready to make memories.The rooftop felt weak at F&R so I replaced with ¾ inch plywood, rubber top layer, molding and sealant for the entire roof along with four coatings of heat reflective RV paint & updated the antenna & security system. The construction photos show RV fully insulated against hot or cold weather. The two heat pumps for air/heat are ducked in ceiling & floor & the electric water heater provide rare use of propane. The 50 amp connection is required for running the 2 heat pumps. Emergency electrical comes from the solar panel system, generator and coach batteries.Interior is excellent with a super-slide. Kitchen includes real-wood cabinets, 3-burner range/hood, microwave/convection unit & FS refrigerator/freezer, 2 sinks, ample counter space, 6 gallon electric hot and filtered water system, 2 fire extinguishers, large pantry & 2-seat dinette.
