<p>Well maintained 2003 Lazy Daze 26.5 ft rear bath model.</p><p><br></p><p>This RV belonged to my parents. They bought it from the original owners in 2005 and spent many years traveling across the United States and enjoying their retirement.</p><p><br></p><p>During the time that they owned it, it was always kept in a barn. They maintained it well and it is still in great shape.</p><p><br></p><p>The RV has never been smoked in and it has never had pets in it. It has all the standard Lazy Daze features : in addition it also has a 120 W Kyocera Solar system, an Olympian wave 6 catalytic propane heater,insulated holding tanks, a 600W inverter, Sony 6 cd changer plus upgraded Sony speakers and an electric/gas hot water heater conversion.</p><p><br></p><p>I drove it to the Grand Canyon last summer, and that was the last time it has been used.</p><p><br></p><p>The engine was serviced last year and it runs great. I also had a new roof air conditioner installed last year. I also installed new house batteries. Overall it is an excellent RV and should provide many more years of service.</p><p><br></p><p>There are a few things wrong with it. Even though the generator only has 54 service hours, it did not run when I used the RV last year. It will need to be serviced. The refrigerator works, but doesn't get very cold. It will need to be either serviced or replaced. The steering is also loose and I would have it serviced, although I didn't have any problems driving it. The rear driver's side exterior storage compartment also has a large crack in it which needs to be repaired. I resealed the roof last summer.The odometer/speedometer also doesn't function. The odometer reads 85,685, but I believe it has about 5-10,000 miles more on the engine.</p><p><br></p><p>Other than those few small problems, everything else works great.</p><p><br></p><p>I have all the manuals that originally came with the RV as well as all the manuals for the upgraded systems.</p><p><br></p><p>Call or text after 5 pm EST with any questions. 423-326-5637</p>
