There are also overhead cabinets, and a refrigerator. I’m a certified auto mechanic so the unit is very well maintained, it’s what I do! The leaf spring shackles get greased every fall & grease fittings are replaced as required before it is put away for the winter. All four axels get a shot of grease twice a summer season to insure they are lubricated. Tire air pressures check every trip. In the fall before the winter cover is put on, the exterior fiberglass panels get a coat of Meguiar’s Synthetic Sealant 2.0 so it’s ready for the next season. The nose cone of the trailer gets a coat of Ceramic Coating for the punishment of bugs during the summer which makes them wash off with ease. Additions that you will get with the trailer: Furrion Vision S 7” Touch Screen wireless Back Up Monitor that can display the Rear Cam or either the Left or Right Side Cams. I have installed Furrion’s Vision S Wireless RV Amber Right and Left Hi-Resolution SIDE Cameras & Running Lights with Infrared Night Vision & Wide-Angle View. Winding up a 50amp power cord can be a major frustration so, I installed a MORryde Easy Reel Cord Spooler in the Left Front storage area. In the rear of the trailer is a 2” receiver for a bike rack or towing a trailer. For ease of winterizing the hot water heater & the hot/cold drain pipes on the underside of the trailer I have installed inline ball valves instead of removing the drain plugs every year. I have installed several Command Strip 4lbs. utility hooks for coats and towels in the bathroom. I added a Slide out retracting awning above the slide out. On the roof I have installed two MaxxAir Vent Covers over the bathroom & bedroom vent fans. For the bottom step going into the trailer I have installed Lippert Solid Stance RV Step Stabilizer eliminating the “bounce” going in & out of the trailer. Also included is a full winter cover. Features: Queen Size Bed, 30”x36” Shower quick recovery electric/propane water heater. Auto Leveling System. 18 Foot Awning is wonderful as it not only covers the entrance door but is wide enough to cover your picnic table, rain is no problem as it keeps it all dry. Also I have a Leaveshade RV Awning Sunshade Screen that spans the full 18’ of the awning. Goodyear tires are in good shape & when the trailer is at rest they are parked on “tire saver” pads.
