Used 2006 Fleetwood C RV
REVOLUTION LE 40L 40L
This 2006 Fleetwood Revolution 40L is perfect for your adventures with elegance, comfort, and power. The RV has 4 slide outs, only 68,000 miles on a 8.8L 400hp Cat C9 diesel engine along with a 3,000 MH 6-speed automatic transmission on a heavy duty Spartan chassis with air brakes and air ride suspension. This particular unit has been owned by my parents since it was virtually new in 2006 and has had a rebuildable title since they purchased it due to an accident during its delivery from the manufacturer to the dealership. Since then, they have been living in it during the winter months in Florida and therefore it hasn’t seen snow. Things they have upgraded: 1- Replaced the couch behind the driver’s seat with a Lazy Boy recliner 2- replaced stock refrigerator with a full size Samsung 28 cu ft residential refrigerator/freezer with french doors 3- the stock carpet has been removed and replaced with high end vinyl plank flooring.

In the living room area there is a fold out couch, double sink, 3-burner range, oven, microwave, plenty of overhead storage cabinets, and a built-in central vacuum system under the sink. Lazy Boy recliner, a 4-person dinette, pantry, refrigerator, and lots of storage space.
The bathroom includes a sink vanity, medicine cabinet, and lavatory. The private master suite is in the back which features a walk around queen bed, a large cedar lined wardrobe closet, an all-in-one washer/dryer, another TV, and more storage on the walls and under the bed.

Some additional features/information- outdoor TV and pass-through storage, power awning, backup camera, 28,200 lb GVWR, 15,000 lb towing capacity, a 59,000 BTU heater, electric/propane water heater, 95 gal fresh water tank, 60 gal gray tank, 40 gal black tank, a Onan 7.5kw quiet diesel generator with auto gen start, 50 amp service, Xantrex 2,000 watt inverter charger with battery disconnects, and power gear automatic hydraulic leveling jack system with touch pad controls.

Overall, the RV is in good shape and runs excellent. One of the A/C units is a little weak, there are dings on the exterior, some signs of use inside such as a few cracks in the counter top and some of the windows are slightly cloudy, and the tires are in average condition. There are no leaks and everything has just been resealed. Selling because it’s becoming too much for them to take it back and forth each winter and they just want it to go to a good home!
