<p>Motorhome was used as a traveling office and was maintained religiously and professionally by a diesel mechanic shop in Chicago. </p><p>95% of miles are highway miles. Motorhome traveled all over the United States. </p><p>This Motorhome would be a good starter for anyone that wants to customize it to their liking. </p><p>Even Though it has 223,000 miles, those miles were traveled through most of the United States Highways.</p><p>Body is in great condition. </p><p>Missing Refrigerator </p><p>Does have a Toilet but no shower. Shower can easily be installed right next to the toilet. </p><p>Motorhome measures almost 40' long so there is a lot of space to design and customize it to your liking. Class C Four Winds model 23u, 2019. I moved into this rig in 2021, traveled across the US, had an easy and wonderful time living on the road for about 2 years. Now I am back in a sticks and bricks, and time for this RV to create adventure for a new owner.<br /><br />All tires newly replaced, all batteries replaced within the last 6 months. recent full inspection shows Motorhome in very good condition. Smog passed in December. Awning replaced in 2022. Mattress for RV queen bed also replaced in 2022 with custom 10 inch mattress. Dinette cushions replaced in 2022. Lots of little shelves added for extra storage. Toilet is brand new.<br /><br />I am 2nd owner. Originally RV was owned by Del Monte rental agency.
