There is no wood or steel in this camper, the frame, floors, walls, roof and all cabinetry are completely aluminum. Should there ever be a water leak like RVs eventually have, it will not cause the damage conventionally built trailers do. If there is ever a leak in the trailer simply clean up the floor, or sweep it out. This trailer has an extra foot of height to fit tall ATVs. The ATC has a large full shower, sink and porcelin toilet. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave and 2 burner propane cooktop. The Queen platform bed elevates to ceiling and the motor lowers it when ready for bed. Dinette/bench seats convert into a bed as well. J-Tracks are in the floor for easy securing of motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, small cars (I have seen an ad for an Austin Martin stowed in an ATC), and we loaded 15 triathlon bikes and took them to Nationals with great results. <p>2017 Heartland Trail Runner 32 ODK with bunkhouse. This has been used at a seasonal site and we have many great memories but the kids are grown and we were no longer using as much so it is time to sell and move on to the next adventure. We are the original owners and is both smoke and pet free.</p><p><br></p><p>This trailer sleeps 9 with 3 in the bunkroom, 2 in the main bedroom which features a Queen size dual chamber Sleep Number mattress, 2 on the jack-knife sofa and then two more as the kitchen table drops down to make another bed. The bunkroom is spacious enough that you can also put an air mattress down on the floor. The bottom bunk has a ton of added storage underneath it and there is storage and a TV in the entertainment system in the bunkroom. </p><p>There is an outside kitchen with more storage, a mini-fridge, sink and then a mount for an additional tv. The original 6 gallon hot water heater has been replaced with an OnDemand hot water heater so you never have to worry about running out of hot water. The kitchen itself contains a fridge, stove/oven combo, microwave, sink and a good amount of storage.</p><p>The living area has a jack-knife sofa with storage underneath and there is an entertainment center where the included smart TV swivels between the bedroom and the living room.</p><p>Outside you will find nice features such as a power awning with LED lighting, power tongue jack, power stabilizer, black tank flush, ladder, outside shower and enclosed underbelly. One of my favorite features is that the rear bumper pulls out and has a tray and bike mount so that you can carry additional gear or bikes on the back of the trailer. This trailer has a ton of storage.</p>
