Great low mileage camper! Don't miss it!<br /><br />This was a life saver during covid, so I could travel to be with my daughter as she battled cancer. Then we lived in it while our house was under renovation, both events were successful and it's time to say good bye. We were second owners and responsible for 4K miles.<br /><br />Lots of amenities for pets. King size bed with Tempurpedic topper makes for great sleeping. Cook's kitchen with full oven, three gas burners and microwave. Lots of storage. 3 TVs, one new & smart: bedroom, galley and outside; antenna. Great awning with screened overhang. Some wear to the seating, but doesn't diminish the comfort.<br /><br />Inspection is up to date. Vehicle has been maintained and serviced. Low hours on the generator (we never needed it). We’ve put more than 15,000 miles on “Moose” in the two years since we bought her as our very first coach, and we enjoy RVing so much that we’ve decided to upgrade. Our Tiffin has treated us very well throughout the twenty-four states we’ve visited, with a mix of campgrounds, boondocking, and moochdocking. Coach and chassis batteries were replaced in 2021; at which time a Renogy battery monitor was also added. Refrigerator has been upgraded from the original ineffective and dangerous propane system to a JC Refrigeration 12V Freon system – it cools quickly and stays cold, and can be safely run while in motion. Remainder of 6-year warranty is transferrable. Ten USB charging outlets have been installed in various locations, and most interior incandescent lamps have been upgraded to LED. A propane tap is available for connecting portable barbeques or other gas appliances. The third small television has been removed for space, but is included in the purchase. Upholstery and paint are in good condition. Roof was resurfaced in 2022. Tires have tread but are dated 2817 and will need to be replaced soon.<br /><br />Enjoy Tiffen quality and the comfort and quiet of a true class A diesel pusher, in a size that’s manageable for someone new to driving a coach – my first trip after purchase was from Alabama to Massachusetts. 2012 was the last year of the non-DEF models – one less thing to worry about. Selling our 2017 Fleetwood Bounder 36H bunkhouse with only 8685 miles. We are the original owner and took pride in keeping it clean and in great shape. It has 3 powered slide outs with awning toppers except for the bunk slide which recently tore. This provides a large living area for families. Equipped with a 5500 kw Onan generator with an automatic transfer switch. The coach also has a built in surge protector. This motorhome also offers automatic levelers which are fantastic. The Bounder 36H sleeps 10. It has a king bed, 2 bunk beds, a drop down queen bunk over drivers cab, a pull out couch and the dinette.<br /><br />This motorhome has a back up camera, heated mirrors, indoor/outdoor stereo and a electric fireplace. This floor plan has 1 and 1/2 bathrooms.This motorhome has 2 zone A/C and furnaces which make heating and cooling a lot easier. It also has 3 power roof fans (3 speed) with max air covers. A residential fridge with ice maker, a convection microwave oven and a 3 burner stove and oven. This coach has a power awning with a wind sensor built in for those windy days. Equipped with 3 interior tv's and an exterior tv which is great for watching sports on. It also has a built in Winegard stationary DSS system. Day and Night shades on all windows.Under the hood the Bounder 36H has a ford 6.8L gas engine with a tow capacity of 5000lbs. We towed our Jeep wrangler with no issues. The Bounder has a 100 gallon fresh water tank, A 58 gallon grey water tank, and a 42 gallon black water (waste) tank. It also has a 20 gal propane tank which is big enough for the 10 gal hot water tank and heating system. Washer/Dryer combo prepped.<br /><br />Tons of storage below in each cabinet for all your belongings. You won't be disappointed. <br /><br />This is a great,clean, well maintained Motorhome. I have added a roadmaster reflex steering stabilizer for those long trips. We have always covered the floors with rugs and couch covers on all fabric. This is a great way to vacation with your family.
