2018 Fleetwood Bounder, 36F, Bunk floor model with great colors. Priced lower than others. MSRP new was $184,000.<br /><br />All in working order. This rig has been lovingly used and maintained by our family for the last 3.5 years. We bought from a dealer with only 3500 miles on it.<br /><br />Upon purchase, we upgraded the suspension, spending over $5,000 to add a sway bar, steering stabilizer, and Sumo springs on front and rear. Recently put in a new microwave, new awning lights, and had the generator serviced.<br /><br />The only damage to speak of is a small stress crack near the rear slide out. Selling our 2017 Fleetwood Bounder 36H bunkhouse with only 8685 miles. We are the original owner and took pride in keeping it clean and in great shape. It has 3 powered slide outs with awning toppers except for the bunk slide which recently tore. This provides a large living area for families. Equipped with a 5500 kw Onan generator with an automatic transfer switch. The coach also has a built in surge protector. This motorhome also offers automatic levelers which are fantastic. The Bounder 36H sleeps 10. This floor plan has 1 and 1/2 bathrooms.This motorhome has 2 zone A/C and furnaces which make heating and cooling a lot easier. It also has 3 power roof fans (3 speed) with max air covers. A residential fridge with ice maker, a convection microwave oven and a 3 burner stove and oven. This coach has a power awning with a wind sensor built in for those windy days. Equipped with 3 interior tv's and an exterior tv which is great for watching sports on. It also has a built in Winegard stationary DSS system. Day and Night shades on all windows.Under the hood the Bounder 36H has a ford 6.8L gas engine with a tow capacity of 5000lbs. We towed our Jeep wrangler with no issues. The Bounder has a 100 gallon fresh water tank, A 58 gallon grey water tank, and a 42 gallon black water (waste) tank. It also has a 20 gal propane tank which is big enough for the 10 gal hot water tank and heating system. Washer/Dryer combo prepped.<br /><br />Tons of storage below in each cabinet for all your belongings. You won't be disappointed. <br /><br />This is a great,clean, well maintained Motorhome. I have added a roadmaster reflex steering stabilizer for those long trips. We have always covered the floors with rugs and couch covers on all fabric. This is a great way to vacation with your family.

<p>2017 Heartland Trail Runner 32 ODK with bunkhouse. This has been used at a seasonal site and we have many great memories but the kids are grown and we were no longer using as much so it is time to sell and move on to the next adventure. We are the original owners and is both smoke and pet free.</p><p><br></p><p>This trailer sleeps 9 with 3 in the bunkroom, 2 in the main bedroom which features a Queen size dual chamber Sleep Number mattress, 2 on the jack-knife sofa and then two more as the kitchen table drops down to make another bed. The bunkroom is spacious enough that you can also put an air mattress down on the floor. The bottom bunk has a ton of added storage underneath it and there is storage and a TV in the entertainment system in the bunkroom. </p><p>There is an outside kitchen with more storage, a mini-fridge, sink and then a mount for an additional tv. The original 6 gallon hot water heater has been replaced with an OnDemand hot water heater so you never have to worry about running out of hot water. The kitchen itself contains a fridge, stove/oven combo, microwave, sink and a good amount of storage.</p><p>The living area has a jack-knife sofa with storage underneath and there is an entertainment center where the included smart TV swivels between the bedroom and the living room.</p><p>Outside you will find nice features such as a power awning with LED lighting, power tongue jack, power stabilizer, black tank flush, ladder, outside shower and enclosed underbelly. One of my favorite features is that the rear bumper pulls out and has a tray and bike mount so that you can carry additional gear or bikes on the back of the trailer. This trailer has a ton of storage.</p>
