Able to go off grid as long as there is access to water supply. It will seat 4 adults in the dual cabin of the truck. The rear seats can be removed for pets or additional storage. The middle rear seat has been deleted to allow access for the pass thru from the cabin into the truck. The camper has a real queen size bed above the cabin. The rear dinette coverts into an additional twin / double size bed. The truck frame is fully boxed and secured from front to back with U-bolts to the truck chastity and gussets welded as well. To accommodate the payload, the rear suspension has been upgraded with Old Man Emu heavy duty leaf springs, road active suspension helpers, Firestone air bags, and upgraded shocks. The front suspension has been upgraded as well with adjustable coil overs. Selling our 2017 Fleetwood Bounder 36H bunkhouse with only 8685 miles. We are the original owner and took pride in keeping it clean and in great shape. It has 3 powered slide outs with awning toppers except for the bunk slide which recently tore. This provides a large living area for families. Equipped with a 5500 kw Onan generator with an automatic transfer switch. The coach also has a built in surge protector. This motorhome also offers automatic levelers which are fantastic. The Bounder 36H sleeps 10. It also has a 20 gal propane tank which is big enough for the 10 gal hot water tank and heating system. Great low mileage camper! Don't miss it!<br /><br />This was a life saver during covid, so I could travel to be with my daughter as she battled cancer. Then we lived in it while our house was under renovation, both events were successful and it's time to say good bye.
