2005 Raptor toy hauler 38ft length with 11ft garage. 3 axle with electric brakes. Tires are 12 ply that were installed fall 2021. Hitch was converted to gooseneck style. Self contained gas generator for off grid camping that runs well off of the onboard 30gal fuel tank. Also has a toy fueling pump off of the same gas tank. Dual 30lb propane cylinders that lasts for extended time. All appliances work as they should on electric or propane. Heat and AC both work excellent. Master has queen bed with full bath. Camper hasn't moved since that inspection so there's no reason it wouldn't pass again.</p><p><br></p><p>Camper has been well taken care of. </p><p><br></p><p>This is a couples camper, it has a Queen sized bed and if necessary the dinette can be converted into a small bed. We replaced the square table with a roomier round table but it could easily be returned to stock. The bathroom is roomy and the toilet is not jammed into a nook; a bathroom of this size is unusual for a camper like this. There is an outdoor refrigerator and sink also. </p><p><br></p>
