<p>2022 Keystone Alpine 3220RL. We have owned this for just over a year and bought it new for a trip to Alaska we had planned this summer. The only use it has had was a trip to Washington State to visit our daughter. Other than that it has been sitting in our yard or at the dealership getting warrantee work done. A plus for this is that all the warrantee issues have been corrected. It was at the dealership for 6 months last winter because with our upcoming Alaska trip I wanted to be certain everything was taken care of (I was a real pain in the butt for them). Everything now works as it should, including a couple of design issues, and the unit is in like new condition. My wife has some serious health issues, and we will be unable to make the trip for the foreseeable future. I would like to sell this with all accessories listed below. We bought this 5th Wheel RV for the summer of 2022 while we were building our new house and selling our old one. We've now moved into the new house so it's time to sell. We had a great experience in the Highland Ridge Open Range 395BHS. We kept it in great condition and even ran a dehumidifier and air purifier to maintain best quality. Both still run well and are included with the RV.<br />We did have a problem with the propane oven/range at the very end. It was still covered under warantee so we reported it and they eventually sent us a whole new oven range. We have it and it comes with the sale of this RV but it still needs to be installed. <br />A complete Air Skirts kit is included ($2,899 value) with inflator, tire covers, and carrying cases. These were valuable to control temperature as our old house was on a windy hill.<br />We weren't in the RV long enough to use the ice maker or the exterior kitchen and BBQ grill. <br />We also had a couple attachments to connect to our water source that will come with the RV.<br />This RV is clean, spacious, and ready for its next adventure!<br /><br />We had an inspection done by a 3rd-party company (LemonSquad) as recommended by RV Trader. We looked at Tiffin, Newmar and Entegra. However, when we stepped into a Dutch Star, the high-quality Newmar interior workmanship cinched the deal!</p><p><br></p><p>We found the top Newmar reputation to be true, thanks in part to the Amish ownership and construction. And, nice folks!</p><p><br></p><p>RV interiors are small to start with, and dark colors make the interior look like a cave. THIS coach has a light, bright and cheery Carmel Glazed Cherry wood interior and off-white upholstery.</p><p><br></p><p>The floorplan for this unit is spacious with its full-length slideout that can be seen in our photos.</p><p><br></p><p>The single largest after-market upgrade that we made was the solar panel system with Lithium-Ion batteries (see our photos).</p><p><br></p><p>This solar energy system was purchased and installed by Solar Energy Systems, located about three miles from the factory. They supply solar systems directly to Newmar. This is the premier RV solar system supplier and installer in the U.S. Our system cost us just over $36,000.</p><p><br></p><p>We love this solar energy system. We almost never had to run our generator when dry camping!</p><p><br></p><p>My sister said that she didn’t consider that we were really “camping.” I replied that she was correct, we were NOT camping, we were LIVING THE DREAM!</p><p><br></p><p>WOW, the motorhome proved very easy to drive. Ask my wife who does most of the driving! We have enclosed a photo of my wife’s 99-year-old Aunt Betty behind the wheel of our coach!
