We looked at Tiffin, Newmar and Entegra. However, when we stepped into a Dutch Star, the high-quality Newmar interior workmanship cinched the deal!</p><p><br></p><p>We found the top Newmar reputation to be true, thanks in part to the Amish ownership and construction. And, nice folks!</p><p><br></p><p>RV interiors are small to start with, and dark colors make the interior look like a cave. THIS coach has a light, bright and cheery Carmel Glazed Cherry wood interior and off-white upholstery.</p><p><br></p><p>The floorplan for this unit is spacious with its full-length slideout that can be seen in our photos.</p><p><br></p><p>The single largest after-market upgrade that we made was the solar panel system with Lithium-Ion batteries (see our photos).</p><p><br></p><p>This solar energy system was purchased and installed by Solar Energy Systems, located about three miles from the factory. They supply solar systems directly to Newmar. This is the premier RV solar system supplier and installer in the U.S. Our system cost us just over $36,000.</p><p><br></p><p>We love this solar energy system. We almost never had to run our generator when dry camping!</p><p><br></p><p>My sister said that she didn’t consider that we were really “camping.” I replied that she was correct, we were NOT camping, we were LIVING THE DREAM!</p><p><br></p><p>WOW, the motorhome proved very easy to drive. Purchased our 190BH new from the dealer in Minnesota in May 2020. Have used on less than 10 camping trips since. Winterized and lovingly taken care of. <p>This camper is very well cared for, and in excellent shape. We all know that the "covid campers" had their production problems, but I've fixed everything that I've found and even took it to Elkhart to have the Heartland factory techs make some repairs. Washer and dryer are included, and they are a game changer. We also installed a 1200 watt, 200Ah lithium solar Victron power system. There are six 200 watt panels mounted on the roof, and a 200Ah lithium battery in the former outdoor kitchen compartment. You could easily add more battery storage to the system. We ditched the outdoor kitchen altogether simply because it was too high to be useful. There is also a 25A Victron inverter, Victron solar charge controller, Victron Cerbo GX, and Victron Orion charger. The few times we experienced a power outage, we didn't even notice because the battery and inverter seamlessly kicked in. Boondocking was a breeze with our own portable, rechargeable 25A power supply. A condo on wheels travel trailer for a great deal. 2022 Keystone - Premier 30RIPRThis trailer is fresh off the lot. Slept in only a few times. It is excellent condition still brand new. Reason for selling is I need to downsize. This is easy to tow, space you need and comfort you desire. Fireplace gives you a second source of heat and ambience that you will forget your in a camper. After purchasing I realized I don't have them time to make this worth the while.

Both still run well and are included with the RV.<br />We did have a problem with the propane oven/range at the very end. It was still covered under warantee so we reported it and they eventually sent us a whole new oven range. We have it and it comes with the sale of this RV but it still needs to be installed. <br />A complete Air Skirts kit is included ($2,899 value) with inflator, tire covers, and carrying cases. These were valuable to control temperature as our old house was on a windy hill.<br />We weren't in the RV long enough to use the ice maker or the exterior kitchen and BBQ grill. <br />We also had a couple attachments to connect to our water source that will come with the RV.<br />This RV is clean, spacious, and ready for its next adventure!<br /><br />We had an inspection done by a 3rd-party company (LemonSquad) as recommended by RV Trader. <p>2018 coachman pursuit 30'. Must sell/ life change. Am/fm/cd, center round table between front captains chairs. Automatic/power steering and brakes. Full length pass. side slide out with topper. 16' power awning. Outdoor t.v. under the awning. Plenty of outside cabinet storage space. Large storage under king need. Slide out pantry. 3 burner combo stove/ oven. Microwave and 2t.v.s inside. I also had a combo washer/ dryer added at the dealer when I purchased it in'23. Driven from Michigan to Maine and a couple of short camping excursions. Auto jack/ leveling. Everything works as it should. Only selling because of divorce and have to find a new place to live.</p>
