The floor plan layout was was cut and pasted from Keystone's site.</p><p>We bought this unit new in 2017 from Pete's RV in Burlington Vermont. We no longer need a bunk house camper. Bought it for when the grandchildren camped with us. It is in great condition. Non smokers. Outside camp kitchen with sink and small refrigerator. 99% of the time we cook outside.</p><p>No leaks. Everything works. Always meticulously maintained. Slide toppers. Vent covers. Tons of storage. Huge 19 foot awning! Great camper, just too big for the two of us. We also upgraded the tri-fold sleep sofa to an electric reclining theater seating sofa last season. So much more comfortable to relax in!</p><p>Camper is prepped for a second AC up front in the master suite. Although we never felt the need to get one installed, it is an option if you frequent warmer southern states! Unit also is equipped with a 50 amp service, everything runs great on a 30 amp site. We also has the onboard whole camper surge suppression protection installed when we purchased our camper. <p><b>Update, 17 June</b>: we've decided to start decreasing the asking price as we continue to polish and detail. It's June (the same month we found Rosie), summer is nearly here, and she's ready to be on the road again!</p><p>~~~</p><p>In June of 2021, we bought our beautiful red 2016 Winnebago Travato 59G Diesel with the proceeds from the sale of our home and became her third owners. The first two owners had taken good care of her and each made their own modifications, as we did, too. More on that below.</p><p>Between that time and now, we've traveled 30,000 miles and through more than 40 states and a couple of Canadian provinces with her strong, steady diesel engine.</p><p><br></p><p>We’re now in a new chapter of our lives, and Rosie is ready for her new people.</p><p>The previous owners had added a solar panel to the roof.</p><p>Modifications we made include removing the awning (there had been issues with the awning on the Travato opening while in motion;), and the electric step (it needed replacing at about 75K miles, and we decided to go with a folding stepstool instead of replacement).</p><p>We also added more storage (removing the TV, and converting the wardrobe to adjustable shelves) with the help of a skillful van-converting friend, and added a Landed Gear spare tire mount and lock to the back. We’ve added Havelock wool insulation inside the door panels, and bought some higher-end custom window covers from Vanmade Gear.</p><p>We also upgraded to some sweet Michelin Agilis CrossClimate tires.</p><p><br></p><p>Each owner, we’ve found, adapts these vehicles to suit their needs, and we expect whoever owns this campervan next will do the same.</p><p><br></p><p>We’ve never driven Rosie in the winter months. She’s been plugged in, off the road through the winters. And she’s always had regular oil changes and service as needed. We’ve kept the service records for you.</p><p>Price:</p><p>Mods make it a bit more challenging to determine price, as what’s great for one isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. We got a range of responses when we asked around: from mid-50’s (no electric awning or step) to upper 60’s, the latter because the vehicle has been well cared for, the diesel is a unicorn that greatly improves fuel economy and engine life, and the "puzzle bed" - a dinette that converts into additional sleeping space - is no longer available in the newer models.</p><p>This campervan can sleep two adults and two smaller kiddos (or two big dogs;) comfortably.</p><p><br></p><p>We want to see her go to another grateful owner, and soon, to enjoy travel together!</p>
