Camper is in great condition and has been hardly used which is why we are deciding to part with it. Bought the camper 2 years ago and in that time frame have camped a total of 6 times. We really love the camper but just don't have the time to get more use out of it and that's really the only reason we are selling it. Total mileage on the tires that are on it is less than 3,000. The camper is in really good condition and has been winterized and washed every year inside and out. This is a great camper for any family that loves camping.

New tires, wheel bearings and shocks.  Auto leveling system refitted with heavy duty hydraulic lines.  <br><br>Kept in enclosed dry storage in Ocala, far away from hurricane Ian.  This camper has never been damaged.  The only time this Florida camper has seen the sun is when out camping.<br><br>

Our family purchased this Camper early this summer with the intent to camp every weekend. However, we both have new jobs and we have no time to camp anymore. It has about 1500 miles on it. It was lightly used for a couple of camping trips a year. Kept under cover when not in use. Upgrades include twin golf cart batteries (more than doubles the time you can run off grid.) and double wheels at the tounge. High quality cover included with purchase. I am a second owner of this beautiful and spacious luxury fifth wheel. My daughter and I used it during the fall of 2022 and into the spring of 2023.
