I am also including the sway bar hitch we bought new when we purchased the camper. This camper was bought brand new in May 2021 and was pulled from dealership to home and then from home to a lake property where the camper has stayed parked under a covered RV port. Beautiful 2014 Cougar High Country 5th wheel camper. Well maintained and cared for, used mainly for light local trips. This camper is the perfect match for a couple that needs a home away from home. This sale is for the CAMPER ONLY.I have a 2015 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel for sale. It is 337FLS model which is the front living room. It shows normal wear and tear as a 2015 should. It has a newer (replaced 2 season ago) 15000 BTU front A/C and a new (replaced last season) 13500 rear A/C. The rear A/C unit has a remote control. (see picture) The bathroom door going into the bedroom has been replaced with a solid core door. The hot water heater has been upgraded to a Girard ON DEMAND and can be used during the winter. It has a in camper digital control. (see pictures) There is a residential refrigerator in the living room. I use it instead of the camper fridge because I pay the electric and it's cheaper than the regular camper fridge. There isn't anything wrong with the camper fridge. The camper has been under the canopy all but about a year since I have owned it and I bought it brand new. The remote to the slide out/lights/auto leveling system/awning was accidently dropped and will not work. I am seasonal and it wasn't an issue so I did not replace it. The slide outs/lights/ self leveling system/awning all works but you have to do it from the controls in the camper. I can buy a new remote but the new owners would have to get it programed. It will need a new battery. I will replace it once I find a serious buyer. The car and chest freezer that you see in the bedroom is not included in this sale. The price is negotiable but I will not give it away. The mattress has been replaced with a residential queen size matress. The car and pick up truck are NOT included.

This model has one large slide out, a huge rear kitchen, queen size sofa sleeper, table that converts into a double bed and a regular sized queen bed in the master bedroom. Two very comfortable recliners and couch. Upgrades include prewire for solar and satellite, cold weather package with heated underbelly and second TV installed in the bedroom. 50/30/20 amp service. One powerful ducted AC unit and prewired for a second. Lots of storage space and a bright and airy modern interior. Outdoor kitchen space with counter, sink and beverage fridge. Huge electric canopy. Electric stabilizer jacks and tongue jack. Holds two propane tanks. So many great features beyond what is listed! Easy to tow and around 6,200lbs dry weight. Priced to sell, thousands below our payoff.

I am the second owner of this camper, I purchased it on 4/22 from an ATV/jet ski dealer. They took it in as a trade. The original antenna was cracked when I purchased. This caused some water leakage which softened the back floor rear corner. It is a small area but not to bad or noticeable when walking around inside. The photo with the circle is where it is. I immediately replaced the antenna with a Winegard 360, so the water leak is fixed. The only other issue with the camper is a small wrinkle/bubble on the slide out roof. It does not leak and can be patched if needed. Underneath the trailer, the dealer cut the plastic skin to inspect for water damage, but these are patched up. I made one modifcation to the camper, I installed a door between the entrance area and back of camper. It is a hollow core door and does not weigh very much. It can easily be removed if desired, but adds privacy and acts a sound barrier. The rest of the camper is in excellent condition and very clean. Everything works. The battery was brand new when I purchased. The awning is push button powered, and the tongue jack is power also. The length is 26 feet not including the bumper and tongue. There is lots of cargo storage. The roof is in great condition. The paint is in excellent condition on the sides and back, the front has a slight chaulkiness to it, but good condition. The sofa converts to a small bed, as well as the dinette area. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The heat works great, and circulates in a chamber beneath the floor for adde comfort.
