This camper has only seen 2 seasons of camping (2022 and 2023) since it was purchased in November of 2021 and has never traveled outside of Ohio during camping. The camper was purchased new from Elkhart, IN and was extremely hard to find. We are the original owners with clean title in hand. This particular camper is one of only a couple being sold in Ohio. The model is hard to find in Ohio. The camper is in great overall condition and has been properly winterized each season. We have not had to replace a thing in this camper and have had absolutely no issues with it. The camper also comes with 2 propane tanks and a centerline Centerline Weight Distribution Hitch with integrated 4-point Sway Control that was originally $795. Has a built in electric AC unit and also a furnace that runs off of propane. Has oversized refrigerator that also runs off electric. Comes with a battery and is also solar ready. New 2023 floor plan. We've used this camper twice. Still looks and smells new. Still under waranty. Avoid hours at the dealer negotiating a price just for them to add more fees. I am also including the sway bar hitch we bought new when we purchased the camper. The camper has the Solar Flex 400i package which provides power to compatable 110 volt outlets, which are marked in the camper.

I am the second owner of this camper, I purchased it on 4/22 from an ATV/jet ski dealer. They took it in as a trade. The original antenna was cracked when I purchased. This caused some water leakage which softened the back floor rear corner. It is a small area but not to bad or noticeable when walking around inside. The photo with the circle is where it is. I immediately replaced the antenna with a Winegard 360, so the water leak is fixed. The only other issue with the camper is a small wrinkle/bubble on the slide out roof. It does not leak and can be patched if needed. Underneath the trailer, the dealer cut the plastic skin to inspect for water damage, but these are patched up. I made one modifcation to the camper, I installed a door between the entrance area and back of camper. It is a hollow core door and does not weigh very much. It can easily be removed if desired, but adds privacy and acts a sound barrier. The rest of the camper is in excellent condition and very clean. Everything works. The battery was brand new when I purchased. The awning is push button powered, and the tongue jack is power also. The length is 26 feet not including the bumper and tongue. There is lots of cargo storage. The roof is in great condition. The paint is in excellent condition on the sides and back, the front has a slight chaulkiness to it, but good condition. The sofa converts to a small bed, as well as the dinette area. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The heat works great, and circulates in a chamber beneath the floor for adde comfort. We have used this camper for 3 summers and everything works as it should. We are only selling because we need something bigger for our growing family. This camper has 1 large living room slide, 2 bunks, a couch that turns into a bed, and a queen sized bed. Has electric stabilization jacks, electric front jack, and electric awning. It also has an outdoor speaker system. We have always stored it indoors in the winter. We put in a new thermostat, new electric jack, and new 10 ply tires in summer of 2022. Our Keystone Outback has been a great, easy-to-tow toy hauler travel trailer for our family. 2016 Keystone Bullet Ultra lite 269rls. I purchased this unit new at Camping World in Colfax, NC. It was purchased to be used for my job. I used it approx 4 times. It has never had pets in it or smoking of any kind. You will notice in the photos that the front skin looks wrinkled. There was a situation aknowledged by the maunfacturer with these skins delaminating and looking warped. it doesnt affect the use at all. Inside you will find a queen size bed in the back with a new Memory foam mattress. The couch makes into a bed as does the dining table so it sleeps 6. There are 2 chairs that swivel a couch and bench style table. It has a microwave, oven/Stove top, AC unit, gas heating, gas water heater, Flat screen TV, stereo with outside speakers, outside shower head and fridge. This unit has the polar package so it has a heater vent in the bottom of the unit to help prevent pipes from freezing and also help keep heat in the camper over the winter months. It comes with 2 propane tanks and has a gas fitting mounted outside for a gas grill. The head to the water pump came off and was leaking in the under penning. I had a warranty claim and they sent someone out to repair the pump. In order to access the problem they cut the bottom plastic panel to get to the water lines. It has been taped back shut but thought I should mention that, It doesnt affect anything, I just want to be up front. The black tank has pressure nozzles in it to help clean out the tank better when dumping. All in all its still a new camper, it even still smells new. There are no rips, tears or stains anywhere inside. I am retiring and no longer need a camper. The awning runs in and out as new but it has stains when opened from sitting Im guessing. probably some bleach spray would correct that. The tires are still like new however they are original so it might be best to replace them if you are going to be pulling any kind of distance. It is a 30amp camper and it pulls like nothing is behind you. I pull it with a 1500 Dodge Ram Just fine even in the mountains. It definitely is ultra lite like the name suggests. I'm sure that I am forgetting something so if you have any questions feel free to reach out. Im not in any kind of hurry to sell it but I would like to have the space back in my driveway.
