Perfect for the remote working/traveling couple. So the camper has had minimal time to sit and slowly degrade without use.<br /><br />But not over-used, or abused. The camper has only been moved a handful of times, minimizing the damages typically incurred from constant travel.<br /><br />I have owned it for a bit over 2 years now, but only moved the camper a total of 5 times! <br /><br />So the tires are in good condition. The Trailer foundation is structurally sound. The body has no noticeable damage. The undercarriage seems good as new. The suspension is unaffected. Well maintained. Just serviced (09/23). Ready to go for snowbirds. Has been sitting for 5 years after 2 years on the road. Would be great to have the 5th wheel enjoying a new family. Topper brackets installed but no toppers. Lippert flex air King pin. Two--25 gallon propane tanks. Stove/oven never been used. Inside is like new. New kitchen and bathroom faucets. A little wear and tear on the outside. Underbelly is insulated. Original tires, still great tread. Bearings just serviced. Additional accessories: chalks, hitch if wanted/needed, electric air pump, 50 watt plug in with surge protector, hoses etc.

<p>This is a Cozy Cougar!  The slide gives it a lot of room to relax.  It has a walk around king bed with a couch that opens into a bed with the ability to sleep 4, and has a nice large bathroom.</p><p>You also have a very comfortable reclining chair with foot rest.  Earth tones inside give it a nice homey feeling.</p><p>PRICE INCUDES NEW TIRES AT POINT OF SALE.</p>

Nylon pucks on hitch plate replaced 2 years ago.<br />Tires replaced 1 yr ago in May 2022, approximately 2220 miles on them . Goodyear endurance E rating.<br />Rear axle was replaced two years ago<br />Trailer tracks properly and new tires are wearing evenly.<br />EZ Start installed on front AC. <br />Air bladder installed in water pump system.<br />House batteries (2 6 V golf cart) are 2 yrs old.<br />Trim strip above awning will occasionally slide toward the rear when travelling. Has been pulled back into place and taped at the front end.<br />We had a "mishap" on our "maiden voyage" with this camper. The cabinet door under the kitchen sink came open while closing the slide, resulting in damage to the cabinet. The damage was repaired/reenforced . There are NO resulting issues, but upon close inspection, the damage can be seen.
