2016 keystone fuzion 371. camper has cosmetic issues inside like a few blinds are damaged, but everything works great. 5500 watt onan generator, fridge/freezer, A/C, heater, fireplace, tv's, water heater, water pump, slides, awnings, microwave, oven. camper roof was just resealed, and vents replaced. it does have dual batteries, and 11 foot garage. the couch was replaced with a couch that is a tuck away bed. I also bought a solar panel kit, but never installed it. That is the box against the couch. I added a second battery, as well. The roof was just resealed and the vents replaced. The steps for the back deck are in the belly. You can see it in one of the photos.

This sale is for the CAMPER ONLY.I have a 2015 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel for sale. It is 337FLS model which is the front living room. It shows normal wear and tear as a 2015 should. It has a newer (replaced 2 season ago) 15000 BTU front A/C and a new (replaced last season) 13500 rear A/C. The rear A/C unit has a remote control. (see picture) The bathroom door going into the bedroom has been replaced with a solid core door. The hot water heater has been upgraded to a Girard ON DEMAND and can be used during the winter. It has a in camper digital control. (see pictures) There is a residential refrigerator in the living room. I use it instead of the camper fridge because I pay the electric and it's cheaper than the regular camper fridge. There isn't anything wrong with the camper fridge. The camper has been under the canopy all but about a year since I have owned it and I bought it brand new. The remote to the slide out/lights/auto leveling system/awning was accidently dropped and will not work. I am seasonal and it wasn't an issue so I did not replace it. The slide outs/lights/ self leveling system/awning all works but you have to do it from the controls in the camper. I can buy a new remote but the new owners would have to get it programed. It will need a new battery. I will replace it once I find a serious buyer. The car and chest freezer that you see in the bedroom is not included in this sale. The price is negotiable but I will not give it away. The mattress has been replaced with a residential queen size matress. The car and pick up truck are NOT included.

This is a meticulously maintained, one-owner camper that has always been stored in a climate controlled facility while not in use. It has been used less that 30 times total.
