This sale is for the CAMPER ONLY.I have a 2015 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel for sale. It is 337FLS model which is the front living room. It shows normal wear and tear as a 2015 should. It has a newer (replaced 2 season ago) 15000 BTU front A/C and a new (replaced last season) 13500 rear A/C. The rear A/C unit has a remote control. (see picture) The bathroom door going into the bedroom has been replaced with a solid core door. The hot water heater has been upgraded to a Girard ON DEMAND and can be used during the winter. It has a in camper digital control. (see pictures) There is a residential refrigerator in the living room. I use it instead of the camper fridge because I pay the electric and it's cheaper than the regular camper fridge. There isn't anything wrong with the camper fridge. The camper has been under the canopy all but about a year since I have owned it and I bought it brand new. The remote to the slide out/lights/auto leveling system/awning was accidently dropped and will not work. I am seasonal and it wasn't an issue so I did not replace it. The slide outs/lights/ self leveling system/awning all works but you have to do it from the controls in the camper. I can buy a new remote but the new owners would have to get it programed. It will need a new battery. I will replace it once I find a serious buyer. The car and chest freezer that you see in the bedroom is not included in this sale. The price is negotiable but I will not give it away. The mattress has been replaced with a residential queen size matress. The car and pick up truck are NOT included.

2017 Keystone RV Cougar X-Lite 24RBS, <p>This model has everything you need to enjoy your time on any trip. When you step inside this Cougar X-Lite 24RBS travel trailer you will find that this model features a rear bathroom as well as a large single slide out, and more!</p> <p> </p> <p>Along the rear wall there is a large closet. Also in the rear of the trailer is where you will find the bathroom with a toilet, corner linen cabinet, sink, and angled shower.</p> <p> </p> <p>To the left of the entry door there is a bit more counter space for meal prep, a three burner range, double sink, overhead cabinets for dishes, and a TV.  The opposite side of the trailer includes a slide out which really helps to open up the floor space. This is a perfect 4-season bumper-pull camper. No 5th-wheel hookup is needed. This camper will stay warm in the winter with just a 1500-watt electric heater. No propane is required for heating as propane degrades camper structures with added moisture, plus it's an added cost that can be avoided. It keeps cold in the summer and gets hot in the winter. <br>The interior has been remodeled, also with the add-in of a second ac/dehumidifier. The pass-through has been R30 insulated and plywooded. Most pass throughs are not insulated and let in cold air. The roof had been re-rubber coated with the add-on of vent weather toppers. That way, in any weather conditions, you can still have adequate fresh air ventilation. It also has a slide out topper to keep snow and ice off of the slideout seal. This camper has a spacious floor plan. It has automatic leveling jacks, Polar Package, washer/dryer combo unit, two powered awnings, and sleeps up to 4 people. Includes all setup accessories. 2023 Keystone Cougar 368MBI. Has transferable 5 year extended service plan. Have to sell due to job change and won’t be able to use it as we intended. Camper has 50” smart tv in living room, 32” smart tvs in both bedrooms. Has Furrion backup and side view cameras with 7” monitor. Has TST pass through tire pressure monitors on the camper and truck. Residential style 12 volt refrigerator, no need to switch it back and forth between 12v, propane and 110. 400 watts of solar and 200ah of 12volt LiFePO4 batteries. Tankless water heater. 2 30lbs propane tanks, both equipped with gas stop gauges to shut off propane if a leak is detected. I am the second owner of this camper, I purchased it on 4/22 from an ATV/jet ski dealer. They took it in as a trade. The original antenna was cracked when I purchased. This caused some water leakage which softened the back floor rear corner. It is a small area but not to bad or noticeable when walking around inside. The photo with the circle is where it is. I immediately replaced the antenna with a Winegard 360, so the water leak is fixed. The only other issue with the camper is a small wrinkle/bubble on the slide out roof. It does not leak and can be patched if needed. Underneath the trailer, the dealer cut the plastic skin to inspect for water damage, but these are patched up. I made one modifcation to the camper, I installed a door between the entrance area and back of camper. It is a hollow core door and does not weigh very much. It can easily be removed if desired, but adds privacy and acts a sound barrier. The rest of the camper is in excellent condition and very clean. Everything works. The battery was brand new when I purchased. The awning is push button powered, and the tongue jack is power also. The length is 26 feet not including the bumper and tongue. There is lots of cargo storage. The roof is in great condition. The paint is in excellent condition on the sides and back, the front has a slight chaulkiness to it, but good condition. The sofa converts to a small bed, as well as the dinette area. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The heat works great, and circulates in a chamber beneath the floor for adde comfort. 2022 Fuzion 428 triple axel toy hauler. Beautiful 5th wheel camper 3 AC units that can keep up with this FL summer heat ! On board generator, it's loaded and mint! I have owned this camper for one year, we purchased it brand new with great intentions lol. It has been on two trips ! Time for it to go. Clean title in hand no security interests. I also have a 2022 Chevy 2500 ltz loaded fully equipped with a 5th wheel hitch that matches the camper for 75k.
