Very nice and rare 2020 Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel front living floorplan. We searched for a year looking for this exact 5th wheel to come up in good condtion. 2020 was last year Keystone made this floorplan. Finally found one out of state close enough to drive to. We love how roomy the kitchen and bathroom are. We didn't want to take up space with a whole bunk room but love that our kids can still kind-of have their own beds and space up in the living room and out of the main traffic areas of kitchen and bath. We bought this a year ago to caravan with other family members on a 3 week cross country trip. It towed and functioned perfectly. Ours was the only trailer that had easy access to the bathroom and full kitchen and dining table without having to slide out any slides for the many road-side lunch breaks. That is a huge plus! The front window gives great visabilty out front and when you're backed in to a beach site or park-like setting, you won't miss any view with the huge picture window in the back. The bathroom is larger than most rigs with tons of head room since its in the back end. It has extra large cabinets for all the kids clothes or all the extra linens/beach gear you could want. Or hook ups are in for a washer/dryer combo. At only 14,000 lbs GVWR, a 2500 truck can pull it (supposedly but I'm not an expert) We purchased a brand new sliding hitch perfect for towing with a short bed that we can sell with it. We put in a custom bar table with new stools but still have the original table if wanted. When we purchased it all the window coverings were removed so we spent $2,500 for all new window treatments. Also purchased new porclein toilet and brand new king mattress. Comes with In-Command system that allows for easy set up even from app on phone. This sale is for the CAMPER ONLY.I have a 2015 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel for sale. It is 337FLS model which is the front living room. It shows normal wear and tear as a 2015 should. It has a newer (replaced 2 season ago) 15000 BTU front A/C and a new (replaced last season) 13500 rear A/C. The rear A/C unit has a remote control. (see picture) The bathroom door going into the bedroom has been replaced with a solid core door. The hot water heater has been upgraded to a Girard ON DEMAND and can be used during the winter. It has a in camper digital control. (see pictures) There is a residential refrigerator in the living room. I use it instead of the camper fridge because I pay the electric and it's cheaper than the regular camper fridge. There isn't anything wrong with the camper fridge. The camper has been under the canopy all but about a year since I have owned it and I bought it brand new. The remote to the slide out/lights/auto leveling system/awning was accidently dropped and will not work. I am seasonal and it wasn't an issue so I did not replace it. The slide outs/lights/ self leveling system/awning all works but you have to do it from the controls in the camper. I can buy a new remote but the new owners would have to get it programed. It will need a new battery. I will replace it once I find a serious buyer. The car and chest freezer that you see in the bedroom is not included in this sale. The price is negotiable but I will not give it away. The mattress has been replaced with a residential queen size matress. The car and pick up truck are NOT included.
