Beautiful 2014 Cougar High Country 5th wheel camper. Well maintained and cared for, used mainly for light local trips. This camper is the perfect match for a couple that needs a home away from home. With a spacious floor plan, upgraded kitchen, large screen TV, double recliners, dining room table, and master bedroom, this camper has lots of amenities for it’s size. At 31 feet it provides a large living area yet is small enough to fit into smaller camping spots. The camper was cleaned regularly and still looks and feels brand new.

Have dropped cost to rockbottom price, (tired of paying storage fee.) Sleeping room for 6: two love seats; one with foldout bed, and the other one is a double recliner, and of course the queen bed in the bedroom. There is a high res tv plus AM/FM cd/dvd player. Double door refrigerator, plus a separate mini fridge/freezer that we bought just so we could make extra ice cubes for summer enjoyment. Dual Ducted AC with ceiling vents. For cooler weather camping, we installed an additional heater below the tv just for cozy flame ambiance. Fixed dinette table, with 4 chairs, each with lift up seat storage. The kitchen has LOTS of counter space and storage. There is plenty of wide storage across the front of the trailer from either side of the trailer where tools, hoses, toys, etc can be easily reached. Front & Rear electric stabilizer jacks, Gas/Elec. Water Heater, microwave, outside shower, electric patio awning is in very good condition-could use slight cleaning, rear ladder, skylight above large shower, spare tire, twin propane tanks and all paperwork included for the trailer including booklets for television, radio/cd player, electronic panel, etc. Included is an extremely comfortable foam mattress on the queen bed. All top deck openings were re-caulked last fall and water system is currently in winterized state. Windows, blinds work great. Full disclosure section: Outside speakers which did work great but currently need trouble-shooting. Could use some buffing on the one of the outside panels. We had a flat tire that took out a back side-panel that was replaced and also a panel/decal replacement was replaced after wind damage while at storage facility. No road mishaps at all.
