<p>i am located in midway ky 40383. I think I’m the third owner. It’s an excellent shape. Looks like it’s been kept inside. It’s a 4 person camper which was fine for us until our grandkids decided to go camping all at once. So my wife found a bigger one. Now i have two. I took the carpet out and had custom flooring installed, Satellite dish, a new tv and a custom folding table mounted on the wall. It already had custom shower controls, which keeps a constant temperature and two solor panels. </p>

We've really enjoyed the unit and have nothing but great things to say about this product. It has the awesome Farm House interior that everyone loves. We have managed through all the small RV fixes/bugs already so it's really just in a maintenance mode for anything that may wear out from normal use. The RV is really in like new condition due to our very protective use of the unit. No dogs, cats or smoking in or around this unit. Has a full kitchen with full sized refrigirator along with three burner propane stove and oven. Full sized awning over passenger slide along with one over entry way steps. Three tv set up with Roku installed on each tv. So just bring your wifi and off you go. 2022 alliance valor 36v11. Bought this new in January of 23. Has a ventless washer/dryer combo unit in the front bedroom closet. Solar plus and I have added 2 more batteries so it has 5 100ah batteries. 3000k watt inverter. I added the electric door lock on both door. Has outside air compressor. Has 3 season rear patio doors. 1 and half baths.  We have decided to sell it due to trying to buy another house. Also have a 2023 gmc 3500 dually I will be selling also.
