I have a wonderful, like new 2021 Forest River Cherokee Alpha Wolf RB-L.<br>The only cosmetic issues are some scratches to the couch and dining chair frame material from a cat See photos. There is also one small hole on the bathroom sliding door but it is covered with a decorative sign. There is also one light bulb missing above the dining table that was missing when I purchased it brand new. Other than that everything works as if it was fresh off of the lot with no other issues or damages. The only changes I've made to it is replaced the kitchen sink fosset with a higher quality material but is practically identical looking to the original fosset as far as design and color. I am the first and only owner, purchased brand new in 2021. I lived in it full time during the winter of 2021 and up until Spring of 2022. Only traveled to two different campgrounds and to where it's been stored since. It does remarkably well in the winter and does a great job maintaining it's heat. The electric fireplace is all you need to stay warm unless you're in harsh winters. In which case one extra electric heater is all I would need for the most part. I rarely needed to use propane to heat it unless I wanted to get really cozy. It also does a great job of staying cool during hot days. The blue LED lighting is a great feature on the inside and outside as well as bluetooth speakers inside and outside. There is also an outdoor fridge, sink, and shower. Any other questions do not hesitate to reach out. I am open to hearing offers. I am mainly just wanting to sell it to get out of the loan since I never use it anymore.

This Tiffin Allegro Bay Class A has every available option Tiffin offered in 2006. I am the third owner and it is very good condition. New tires in Sept 2021 (approx 3,200 miles on them), New generator and house batteries installed in August 2023. New oil change December 2022 (500 miles since). I had a bumper to bumper mechanical chassis inspection replacing all fluids and minor repairs. Brakes have about 60% life remaining.<br><br>This motorhome has a ton of space for a couple to travel in. My wife and I bought it for that purpose to see the country after she became disabled 5 yrs ago and our travel trailer at the time became unuseable. We have travelled some but unfortunately her condition has worsened and distance travel is no longer viable for us and we are back to a small travel trailer for camping. This is reason for selling as this motorhome should be used and not sitting around.<br><br>The vehicle has two 15K Heat Pumps and they heat it fine. It came with a washer/dryer hookup but a previous owner used a part of the space for an electric fireplace. Hook ups are still in place would need some carpentry work to remove the fireplace if someone wanted that. The Tiffin is built on a GM Workhorse chassis with an 8.1L V8. This thing is a beast and has all the power you need. I have been impressed with it. Has some minor bumps and bruises, but any RV is going to have some.<br><br>It has been well maintained and is ready for any adventure you may have in mind.hit the road, go south for winter, tailgating or anything else. This one is solid, no issues I know of. The generator replacement was the last piece as the original died last year.
