First, I am only selling this to help buy our retirement home. I have removed the F450 truck for sale for those that were interested in it.<br /><br />This Fifth Wheel is in near perfect condition. It would be perfect with new tires since it is at the 5-year mark, but I estimate the trailer has less than 10k miles traveled. The original Goodyears tires still look nearly brand new. I purchased the trailer last FEB from a veteran in the Houston Area, he had it in a nice climate-controlled building all its life. He had taken it to Orlando and several short trips around his area, but that was about its time out of the building. 2021 Keystone Raptor 423.  Love love love this trailer but husband diagnosed with cancer shortly after purchase so we can’t travel like we had planned.   King size bed, bunk above the kitchen, 2 queen size bunks in garage.  Also has an outdoor kitchen.   We love the huge open space in the living room - plenty of room so that you aren’t tripping over one another!  Full residential refrigerator that runs on propane even!  We want this to go to a family that will carry out the plans we had for it.  The trailer has been maintenanced each year.  Onan Generator can power entire trailer and AC.<br><br>Also willing to sell 2012 Ram 3500 Mega Cab - white, excellent condition $38,000.

2013 Newmar Canyon Star 3920 Toy Hauler. Great condition. Front / rear AC units replaced and had the protective coating put on roof last year. Been a great camper. The toy hauler aspect makes things so much easier and is very versatile. We are able to drop the back to load up clothes, food, bikes and scooters in a matter of minutes. Once arrived, the drop down bunks turn the garage into a great bunk room for the kids. Would love to keep, however we invested in some lake property and no longer utilize as much as we used to. Would be happy to schedule a video walk through and coordinate a possible delivery for long distance buyer. We also have a nice 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit set up for towing. It looks good with the rig and is an excellent tow vehicle. Jeep is not included in asking price but am open to selling if buyer is interested.

<p>2018 kz venom 4114tk. This has been an amazing toy hauler for me, unfortunately i don’t use it anymore and would like to see it go to someone who will use it for what it is for. Only issues is the main awning has a small tear in it, but still functions as it should, and some of the graphics have faded/cracked a little. Does very well in cold and hot temps. Has winter skirting that comes with it. Large capacity washer and dryer are included and make life much easier. Very low hours on generator, was always hooked to power so only ran every so often to keep things moving. Feel free to ask any questions. </p>
