Selling a 2018 Jayco Jayflight SLX 7 - 174BH layout - 18' travel trailer. The trailer was purchased in 2022 and is being sold as-is in its current condition, which is fair. The exterior is in overall great shape, to include the paneling, door and all windows, as well as the base of the trailer itself and the tires - which do not show any signs of excessive wear, rust or corrosion.<br />The interior of the trailer is also in good shape overall. There has been a modification made to the factory bunk beds, which have been removed. In their place, this space was used as a makeshift closet for the time. Jayco Eagle HT 29.5BHDS Fifth wheel trailer for sale! <br /><br />This trailer has some great features and amenities. Two slide outs make extra room for the living area and extra storage for the master bedroom. There is an outdoor kitchen with a pull out gas stove, sink, and work area. An outdoor fridge that does a great job of keeping your drinks nice and cold. There is an attachment on the rear for a gas grill, which is included with the trailer. There is copious amounts of storage outside. There are 2 gray water tanks, one for the main house and another for the outside kitchen, and a black water tank. The trailer can hold 49 gallons of fresh water and the pump works well. <br /><br />Interior has a nice dining area to seat 4, and a comfortable couch; both can be converted to beds. Includes a 3 burner gas stove and oven, as well as a microwave. Indoor 8 cu. ft. fridge and freezer. A medium size TV with entertainment console rounds out the entertainment of the unit. The TV has ports to connect other devices such as Blu-ray player or gaming console. The master bedroom sports a queen size bed, dresser, multiple wards and nightstand on both sides. The bunk beds are both double mattresses, each have their own shelves, light and outlets. Finally, it has a heater and AC to keep the trailer comfortable during any season. <br /><br />Purchased new in 2017 and have been the single owner the whole time. We have taken it out a total of 8 trips not very far from where we live. It has around 2300 miles total. Cleaned and well maintained, winterizing every year . Except for first couple of years, it has been under covered storage so sun damage has been minimal. The main dome is starting to show some wear. Under carriage is free from any damage or intrusion from rodents. Purchased Goodyear Endurance Trailer tires 2 years ago and those have about 650 miles on them. <br /><br />The trailer is great for families looking to upgrade to something with more room. You can comfortably sleep 7 people, although Jayco claims up to 10 people can fit.

Motorhome is in excellent condition. Super low mileage. Inside perfectly clean and exterior waxed and buffed.2 large slides in main living area makes for a spacious interior and the large ceramic tile floor shines. Wood work has no scratches or dings. Everything works as it should. When we compared different brands this coach was far above others in the same price range.
