<p>Beautiful 2016 landmark Ashland I am selling my acreage and retiring so I need to move the RV. Just had to brand new air conditioners last year and just had it went through. It has a washer and dryer built-in and very thoroughly insulated. I stayed in it some this winter never had any problems and the windows always stayed clear has double pane windows and an excellent installation package tires are very good condition. They were new to years ago has H rated tires with 8000 pound axles roof is in very good condition comes with $1000 mattress. It was purchased one year ago . Has tons of storage and mini pull out drawers . It’s a beautiful RV.</p>

360 HP Cummins diesel, 3 TV's, Central Vaccum, Washer and Dryer, Allison Transmission, Freightliner Chassis, Onan diesel generator with 850 hours, full size fridge with icemaker, four slide outs, 55,000 miles. Very clean and everything works as it should, lots of storage. We did purchase a service contract when we bought it, and the remaining two years of the contract are transferable. This service agreement is basically a "bumper to bumper" service contract. Reason for selling is that we just don't use it as we had hoped. I don't know if the oven or cooktop were ever used, very clean. Master bedroom has a queen size sleep number bed and the sofa has a pull out bed. We are willing to accept reasonable offers and may be willing to deliver to serious buyers.
