This 2006 Tuscany is in great shape. I would consider it in the "better than most" category. It is always stored inside and all mechanical issues have been addressed as needed. The front tires are brand new Goodyears and the rears have 25k miles. The frig was replaced last year. The 2 rooftop heat pumps, furnace, water heater, water pump, stove and generator work as they should. The engine has had the radiator, alternator and a/c unit replaced along with belts and the headlights and house batteries are new. The carpet shows wear but is clean, the same with the couches and chairs. The microwave has been replaced with shelves and the windshield is cracked on the lower portion near the wipers(which isn't very noticeable). It also comes with a Blue Ox tow bar and accessories, ready for your vehicle.
