We bought this motorhome new and have truly enjoyed it for travel and to provide extra sleeping for visitors. We are ready to part with this great motorhome to go smaller for the two of us.<br />The motorhome has the larger 18 cu ft refrigerator, stove w/oven, microwave, 2 AC units, the front being a heat pump as well! Cab over bunk, pull out sofa, dinnette conversion, with a king bed in the back. Plenty of space for family and friends.<br />The 3 TV's (1 outside under the awning) help with entertainment on the rainy days. There is plenty of storage inside and out for this motorhome.<br />Reverse and turn signal cameras allow you to see completely around the vehicle.<br />Brand new tires in late May 2023!<br />Upgraded to 2 LiPo batteries and charger. We added sumo springs which greatly improved the ride. We also added a tray on the front dash which makes it much easier to have a GPS show us the way!<br />Upgraded to porcelin elongated toilet, Oxygenics power massage shower head, residentail kitchen and bathroom faucets.<br />Upgraded sewer hose to the Lipert Wast Master System. Much easier to keep things clean while expelling the dirty!<br />There is an onboard generator that will power everything in the motorhome!<br />We will fill the gas tank before you drive off with your newly purchased motorhome.<br />We do have a loan on this motorhome still. Where ever we camp, we get stop-bys. The fold down porch is not only an eye catcher, but great for high and dry relaxation. It also can be a convenient child or dog "pen".<br /><br />The inside is emaculate. Everything works including a washer/dryer combo unit! There have been no accidents, but the outside shows being a 2011 model left outside. It has not leaked during the 7 years we have owned it. The roof has been routinely sealed, the most recent within the month. The tires are four years old with little use = deep tread. Both awnings are brand new.<br /><br />Included is a special hitch that reduces sway during pulling. We have easily used a 2500 Suburban to transport. Also included will be an unused Dish Satelite system. <br />Recently I have been working on replacing some of the faded decals.<br /><br />Why are we selling it?
