RV Class A - Great Coach!!! 2014 Thor ACE 27.1 - 28ft long, 41k miles, Ford V10, Runs and Drives great! Just installed New Awnings, Roof, Roof Ladder, New tires, inverter, house batteries, stereo, roof vent and just serviced A/C, generator, filters and fluids. Overhead sleep bunk, sofa pullout, sleeps 4-6, Kind Size Bed Back Bedroom. 2 TVs. Drove from SoCal to Indiana and back twice so she’s definitely passed the test. We bought this 2018 motorhome and a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox toad both new to escape from the city as often as we could. Now, we have retired and live full time in a home surrounded by woods, fields and wildlife, and have decided that while we would still like to go camping occasionally, we have no need for the motorhome, nor the toad. So, we are downsizing to a TT, which we can tow with our truck, and selling both the coach and the toad, either together or separately.<br /><br />THE COACH<br /><br />The coach has 15,345 miles on it at the time of posting. It is in excellent shape inside and out. When not in use it has been stored in a dedicated enclosed pole barn.<br /><br />Interior:<br />Starting from the rear of the coach, there is a walk around king bed, two clothes hanging closets (one is plumbed for a washer/dryer combo unit) , and two large storage drawers. Storage cabinets over the bed.<br /><br />Moving forward, on the passenger side is the bathroom with shower, sink, and a macerating toilet which Coachmen installed to replace the faulty original conventional unit. This toilet has dual electric flush (light/heavy) which not only reduces water consumption but also eliminates clumping and allows for complete emptying when dumping.<br /><br />Opposite the bathroom is a pantry cabinet with tons of storage, with drawers below. Next forward is a 3-burner stove with oven, and a microwave over. Adjacent to the stove is the kitchen counter with a double sink. Opposite the sink is a Whirlpool residential style refrigerator.<br /><br />In the living area is a three seater sofa/bed, opposite a huge dinette which also makes into a bed. A further drop down twin bed is located in the cab space.<br />Three TVs: One over the dinette, one in the bedroom, and one under a storage door on the outside wall of the coach.<br /><br />Exterior<br />Multiple storage options, including an "elevator" storage system with shelves that, after loading, can be "elevated" to create additional space below (see pics).<br />Three waste tanks: One Gray water tank for the kitchen, one for the bathroom, and one black tank.<br />TTwo HVAC ceiling units.<br /><br />New house and chassis batteries were installed this year.<br /><br />THE TOAD<br /><br />The toad is a 2019 Equinox 2.0 LT with under 29000 miles on it at time of posting.<br />Factory roof rack installed for extra equipment stowage.<br />Tires have 12,000 miles on them.<br />Vehicle is equipped with Demco Stay In Play braking system, Demco tow bars, and associated power and emergency brake equipment.<br />We are looking for 22,500 as equipped.

We have owned our Phaeton for the past three years and have meticulously maintained, cleaned, upgraded, and polished the coach. There were a few issues with the coach when we purchased it such as a noisy dryer, non-functioning cab AC, and cleanliness. All of these items have been professionally repaired or replaced and the coach is in as close to new condition as we can make it. The drivers and passenger Flexsteel captain's chairs suffer from poor quality Ultra-leather, The seat cushion on the driver's side was replaced in 2022. The tires were all replaced in 2021 and there are currently about 5000 miles on them.<br />The chassis and house batteries were all replaced in 2021 as well and are in excellent condition. There are 3 years left on a transferable warranty that covers everything in the coach. The Phaeton includes the standard Tiffin equipment such as 380 HP Cummins diesel, full-size Maytag refrigerator, two ducted propane heaters, 3 AC units (front and back have heaters as well), outside TV, 10kW generator, back-up and side cameras, smart awning, washer and dryer, 4 slide-outs and 3 TVs inside. The optional QBH equipment includes heated floors throughout, a fireplace below the TV in the living room, an in-dash navigation system with a 2022 map upgrade, Dinette with a computer workstation and 4 chairs, a sofa sleeper with a new Air Dream mattress and king-size bed with a memory foam mattress. We love this RV but we don't use it enough. It is the perfect set up for a family or just 2 retired people. We've had so many great adventures in HaRVee the RV! He's the perfect size to travel just about anywhere. big enough to move all our creature comforts but small enough to fit into any parking lot. He's roamed everywhere from Maine to Arizona to Florida and beyond!<br /><br />We've taken great care of HaRVee. All maintenance has been completed on schedule, and we've tried really hard to fix all the little things that crop up in typical RV travel. His biggest downfall is he's been stored outside; the gel coat finish has dulled over the years.
