There was a couch in there, but we converted it to a raised bed with storage space underneath.</li><li><b>The bunk room</b> - this neat (and huge) additional sleeping area came in handy big time for us! It could be used for storage also!</li><li><b>The washer/dryer </b>- this unit not only comes with washer and dryer hook ups, but the actual combo washer/dryer unit too! Load it up, hit one button and BOOM clothes are washed <i>and </i>dried.</li><li><b>The HUGE living room </b>- the living space has a slide on each side and giant windows, making it feel huge. Also has an electric fire place, a ceiling fan, two couches, and a very large area for a TV (we had a 70-inch (!) TV in there (not included).</li><li><b>The storage </b>- there are so many cabinets, nooks and cranies to store stuff in. You'll never fill them all up! The underbelly storage areas are heated, so no freezing pipes!</li><li><b>The master King bed </b>talk about home amenities. We were never crammed and uncomfortable in this bed!</li><li><b>The full-sized fridge </b>- so nice not to have to squeeze leftovers in a spare cooler!</li></ul><b>Additional notes</b><br />Everything mentioned above is in excellent working condition, aside from the following:<br />- screen door has a small tear in the bottom corner<br />- fireplace light bulb is out (heat works great, just no pretty, fire-like lights)<br />- both couches are functional and structurally sound, but not in great shape atheistically<br />- awning has small wearing damage
