2021 Jayco Precept 31UL $112,000 - 2732 miles<br>NO BROKERS OR DEALERS, PLEASE. Original owners. We have the title in hand. Immaculate RV, always kept in an RV garage. Very low mileage! Let us know if you have questions or want more photos. We are selling because we are selling our home and downsizing to a 55+ neighborhood. Time for us to go on new adventures. It’s the perfect RV for a couple or a small family. As you can tell by the low miles, we barely used our Motorhome. We only camped in the spring and fall near our home. We are in our mid sixties with adult children. <br>Lots of upgrades, rear Trac Bar, Safe-T-Steer, insulated doghouse & floor, and catalytic converter Cat Clamp. Huge living area with the opposing slides. Converted a closet to a lighted pantry and additional lighted kitchen shelves. We are giving an option of a factory sleeper sofa or recliners. We just replaced the sleeper sofa with recliners, but we will put the sleeper sofa back in if you prefer. We also upgraded to a RV king memory foam mattress. We are including a 17” Blackstone propane grill, windshield sun shade, tire covers, Jack pads, tire leveling boards, patio rug and drain hose.<br>If you aren’t aware of the handling issues of the front engine Motorhomes, they are blown around by 18 Wheelers and passing trucks. We added a rear track bar which ties the suspension to the frame and eliminates 90% of the sway. I also added a Safe-T-Steer to the steering linkage which helps the driver maintain control of the steering in case of a blowout or running off the edge of the road. These are two things you should immediately add before you begin using a front engine Motorhome.<br>A second issue is lack of insulation in the floor. The engine and exhaust pipes heat up the floor and engine cover and the air conditioner can’t cool down the cab area. We added heavy duty automotive insulation to the underside of the engine cover and also to the underside of the floor. This almost completely eliminated the heat and also reduced the engine noise so that we can talk to each other in a normal voice.<br>A third issue is stolen catalytic converters. The Motorhome sits high enough off the ground that the cat converter is easy prey. A replacement is almost $5,000.00 and it can take a month or more to get one. We added a security device called a Cat Clamp to secure ours (see picture).

The evaporator purge valve was replaced and the motorhome was repaired (see attached warranty history). You read correct! This motorhome has had one Ford warranty repair outside of a dead battery replacement! I personally drove this motorhome 270 miles with no issues!</p><p><br></p><p>The warranty start date was Sept 17, 2022 and this motorhome has all remaining factory warranty from Ford (3yr/36000 bumper to bumper and 5yr/60000 powertrain warranty) as well as any remaining eligible warranty from Thor or any remaining eligible warranty from individual components (ie. Onan 3 yr warranty, etc).</p><p><br></p><p>Covington Ford has been family owned for 83 years and has sold over 16000 RAV vehicles and over 60 RAV motorhomes with complete customer satisfaction!
