<p>We have immensely enjoyed our time campin, it is just time for us to move to our next chapter and enjoy our home and family.</p><p></p><p>The camper features two air conditioners for when it’s hot, furnace, electric fireplace and underbelly heater for when it’s cold! The camper ALWAYS stays comfortable!</p><p></p><p>There are four slide outs: main bedroom, mid bedroom, living room and kitchen.</p><p></p><p>The front is a spacious main bedroom, featuring a king bed, built in dresser, huge closet and washer/ dryer hookup.</p><p></p><p>The bathroom features a sizeable stand up shower with seat, triple slide glass shower doors, a remote controlled exhaust fan, and stainless steel sink with storage underneath and behind the mirror.</p><p></p><p>The camper mid features a large loft queen bunk above with a bunk room below. In the room below there is a tri fold couch/ bed and a single bunk on top of the couch.</p><p></p><p>In the rear of the camper is the kitchen, dining table and and living space featuring many windows spanning the entire rear width, creating an even larger feel to the room! The kitchen features residential size appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, and stove. A kitchen island includes a stainless steel double bowl kitchen sink. The living space includes two recliners and a full size couch which turns into a king size pull out. Above the couch is loads of overhead storage. There is a massive built in storage space behind the TV which is spectacular for family games/ crafts or extra kitchen "stuff". To complete the "great" room, there is a dining table with 4 chairs.</p><p></p><p>Outside the camper is an outdoor kitchen with built in griddle, hand sink, and refrigerator for all your "around the fire beverages!"</p><p></p><p>All of the slides have the slide toppers to prevent sticks and leaves from messing with the seals, the awnings both feature aluminum protectors while in transport.</p><p></p><p>The camper has an hydraulic auto level system, providing a one touch unhook, pull the truck out and hit auto level, the camper does the rest of the work.</p><p></p><p>The camper features a control station for water flow, a water filter housing, inverter built in and generator hook up ready.</p><p></p><p>Delivery is possible pending location.</p>

This toyhauler has 13 ft long garage, queen lift bed, bottom can be benches with table or queen bed. It also has a twin bed in main living area and a king bed in the master. The camper can sleep at least 8 people. The unit has onboard 5000 watt generator with around 60 hours. It does have onboard fuel station and outdoor shower. The ramp door can be converted into a balcony using the including railing. It has 2 ac units with one for the master and one for rest of the camper. I did add a portable a/c in the garage area only because it does not get as much air as rest of the camper and kids like it cold. The portable a/c could be removed if you wanted and is setup to use factory garage vent for venting. The camper has 1/2 bath in garage and full bath in main area. It does have 2 powered awnings. It will include the front hitch stabalizer, portable ac unit, and Furrion RV Backup Camera on RV with monitor for truck. The only reason I am selling is because I am thinking of going back to a camper with bunkhouse because I never really haul my sxs in it as well as not using it much. I am a second owner of this beautiful and spacious luxury fifth wheel. My daughter and I used it during the fall of 2022 and into the spring of 2023. During that time, the camper was parked in a resort RV park and has since been moved only once. It has had very minimal travel time. There is an optional extended warranty that you can purchase if you choose. Everything in the RV functions exactly as it should. It has had a recent and thorough assessment by technicians at Camping World to insure that everything works. This camper is in excellent condition and would offer anyone a perfect home away from home. The double 48" X 72" bunkhouse is awesome for sleeping the kids and even fits adults comfortably. The bottom bunk folds up for even more storage and toys will fit nicely underneath! The big 60" X 74" murphy bed folds up into a sofa for daily use. <p>2019 Cherokee Greywolf 29BH. It has 3 bunk beds, queen Bed, sleeper sofa, and dinette/ Bed. Will sleep 8. Has fireplace for heat/ ambience. Drivers side slide out. Awning with outdoor lighting/ tv. Outside kitchen with fridge and icemaker. We have loved using this the past few years but our kids have outgrown the bunk beds. There is minor damage to the upper front drivers side due to a tree limb, as seen in the photo, but we have had no problems with it. Roof and wheel bearings redone last year. Willing to leave all needed supplies with camper including chocks, sway bars, hitch, hoses, and chemicals. Also a camper cover. Camper is currently winterized.</p>

<p>Beautiful used 2022 Forest River Sabre 37FLL. Original owners of camper. Was parked in a permanent spot at a maintained campground since owned. Original tires are on the camper and only have the mileage on them to transport from the dealership to the campground. There are no bunks, however there are 2 upstairs lofts that were used as bedrooms. Smoke and pet free. Hybrid electric and solar option for refrigerator. Gas stove. Gas or electric hot water heater. Outside kitchen and slide toppers on all slide. At time of purchase the exterior was coated with a protectant spray. The interior furniture was also treated with a protectant spray. We absolutely love this camper and hate to part with it, but we are going from a family of 5 to a family of 3 with our 2 oldest going away to college and the navy and our youngest being a teenager and no longer wanting to camp.
